  Horrible apartments has bugs dident even finish my apartment had it half job on it I check other apartments and they don’t look like mine and I check the website it don’t look like mine it’s horrible the pool is either dirty or closed

  No ventilation what so ever in the apartment. This really weird pipe in the bathroom that drips water and makes my bathtub yellow that I have to clean all the time. Fitness room has practically no dumbbells. No grip attachments for the cable machines plus cant even go all the way on the weight because the tied the cable to short so the pin doesn’t lock into place on the last couple of weights so the max you can go is like 60lbs. People drive by playing loud music at night (not the apartments fault just a perk of the area). Neighbors constantly hanging outside late at night talking super loud to the point I can hear every word in their conversation while Im trying to sleep. My rent magically went up 100$ after the first couple months along with a hidden 25$ service fee. Door dings on my car ever since I moved in. Maintenance doesn’t actually fix the issues i’ve placed work orders for or they do the absolute bare minimum to fix it. The carpet ever since I moved in has smelled like spaghettio’s. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

  Estamos en pleno verano y la piscina nunca la han abierto, según está cerrada para todos, pero en las tardes siempre hay gente dentro de la piscina. Pasará el verano y nunca la abrirán como ha pasado otras veces… que frustrante

  My wife and I went in for a tour and Mirna Hernandez was very helpful and made us feel welcomed. She has been the sweetest leasing manger we have encountered in such a long time!! She was very honest and realistic which we respect and appreciate. The property was nice and we can really see ourselves making this place our next home.
