  1 star. I would not recommend Keystone Falls based on my experience. Since shortly after moving in, I’ve dealt with recurring roaches, repeated hot-water problems, A/C issues, and plumbing leaks. I have submitted multiple maintenance requests and have had maintenance and pest control come out more than once. Some work orders have been marked completed, but several of the same problems have continued or returned. The hot-water issue has been bad enough that I’ve had to leave my apartment and shower at my mother’s or aunt’s house because I could not reliably shower in my own home. I’ve also had water leaking underneath my bathroom sink and onto the floor, along with ongoing problems getting the apartment to cool properly. The roach problem has been one of the worst issues. I have photos and videos of roaches in different areas of my apartment, including on the walls, floors, carpet, and around my living space. Pest control has been scheduled multiple times, but the problem has continued. I eventually contacted City of Dallas Code Compliance because I was tired of repeatedly reporting the same issues without a lasting resolution. After experiencing all of this myself, I started reading through other resident reviews and was shocked by how many people described similar concerns involving roaches, plumbing, maintenance, unfinished repairs, and problems that kept coming back. Seeing that made my experience feel a lot less isolated. My biggest issue is not that nobody has ever shown up. It’s that I should not have to keep reporting the same basic problems over and over after being told they were fixed. I pay my rent on time and expected a clean, properly maintained apartment with reliable hot water, working plumbing, functioning A/C, and effective pest control. That has not been my experience here. If I could go back and make a different choice, I would. I would not choose to live at Keystone Falls again.

  NO VENGAN AQUÍ POR SU PROPIO BIENESTAR Horrible seguridad se roban los carros administrativos incompetente y negligentes (los que hacen mantenimiento si sirven mis felicitaciones) pero todo los de la oficina son completamente inútiles a la hora de hacer cualquier cosa tiene que estar los 3 administrativos para poder hacer un simple papel música alta cucarachas y escándalos a cada rato de verdad si no fuera por que me engañaron al entrar no hubiera venido aquí nunca preferiría pasar durmiendo en mi carro

  The move-in process was easy and not stressful, but that’s honestly where the positive experience ended. Shortly after moving in, the problems started—AC issues, pest problems, unreliable hot water, and a leaking bathroom sink that took forever to get fixed. I’ve had to constantly submit work orders and follow up just to get basic issues addressed. These are not small inconveniences; they affect my everyday living. I’ve even contacted the management company about possibly leaving and still haven’t heard back. If I could leave these apartments right now, I would. It’s simply not worth the stress and hassle.

  This place is terrible everything is moldy and black mold and barely covered with paint, theres also a lot of holes so bugs will come inside your apartment. I put 5 stars just so y’all could see this review. DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS absolutely disgusting I have no words to express myself but everything is so poorly maintained. Maintenance takes a while to get to your apartment to check your request. I’d say 0 stars overall even Motel 6 is better than these apartments.

  Horrible apartments has bugs dident even finish my apartment had it half job on it I check other apartments and they don’t look like mine and I check the website it don’t look like mine it’s horrible the pool is either dirty or closed
