  I’ve lived here a de years now unit’s aren’t bad but property isn’t maintained well other then the shrubbery. Issues**** Staff has changed multiple times and seem to have no clue what the last management team did or didn’t do. Last few months - Random apartment inspections with 24hr if lucky 48hr, notice in most cases through email - Errors made and another random inspection needed as they missed something but staff unable to actually explain what was missed the first time around SMH - Tree trimming cars needed moving 24hr notice when you typically have to schedule that service ahead of time - Most recent insurance notice with threat of a fine, assuming they don’t have updated information from the last team -Payment system that charges a late fee if rent is paid on the 3rd day of the month even though the grace allows for it to be paid on that day prior to midnight. Extremely unorganized and seems like no true direction from management. Sometimes you receive a text sometime a email definitely not uniform, hopefully will get better and the short notice time will be lengthened, not the best way to do BAU.

  Tracy at Infinity on Yorktown was amazing! She made my daughter's move-in so easy by helping with the paperwork, account setup, and every detail along the way. She was friendly, patient, and professional. We truly appreciate her outstanding customer service. Thank you, Tracy!

  The apartments at Infinity on Yorktown are clean, pleasant, well-appointed, and very peaceful. The landscaped courtyard and pool are beautiful and resort-like. The valet trash service is ridiculously convenient. I also appreciate the little dog park. Tracy at the leasing office has been so attentive and kind, checking in often and assisting me with every step of the move-in process and beyond. She has been great to work with. The Yorktown Team overall is very communicative and polite. So glad I moved here!
