  We are very pleased with the new management. Guadeloupe is very nice and makes she follows up. There was a previous issue with my husband not being able to log in online (for a coupleof years), and sign the lease, but she kept trying until she made it right. Also, Tiffany, our new manager seems to care about what is going on and makes sure the repairs are completed. Tiffany showed consideration from the very first day we met her. Thanks to the both of you for good management skills.

  I have been @ infinity on the oaks for 6 yrs live thru 5 new management it use to be a hidden gem not anymore the new people moving literally take their trash out of the car & throw it on the ground work on their car leave their old car parts in the parking lot it’s so trashy here now instead of the residents putting trash in dumpster they actually set it outside the dumpster new people have zero respect for where they live why u wanna trash where u living irresponsible dog owners allow their dogs to poop everywhere on the side walk even. Late night shootings the police stay over here Repairs hope it’s not too bad they will take their time even with a water leak not to mention 3:34am someone in my bdg have their tv up so loud that’s all I hear in my bedroom move here at your own risk I’m outta here soon as time permit

  Since June 1, my apartment has not had air conditioning. I have submitted several maintenance orders and the only response I receive is that I must wait for them to approve the order. Now they tell me that the administration has already sent it and that I must wait for an answer until Monday. As the only temporary solution, they gave me a window air conditioner, but it only cools a part of the apartment and is not enough to cover the rooms, so we continue to endure high temperatures. In addition, my electricity consumption increased to 1,756 kWh, which was reflected in a much higher bill. The central equipment remains running without cooling properly, which seems to make it work constantly. The lack of urgency to solve such an important problem is very disappointing. After almost a month, I still don't have a solution or a specific date for the repair. I would not recommend living here due to the lack of maintenance, the lack of communication and the little attention they give to their residents.
