Special shout outs to Shannon and Dey for having processes in place to help the residents get through the crazy times effecting so many. Thanks for making it so we can breathe while still maintaining our responsibilities. The admin staff and the maintenance staff are both great. National Night Out was fun too! Yay! I'm the candy corn winner! Here's another thumbs up Hunter's Hill and Lumacorp!
- BWBrianna WoodsonJul 27, 20211.0This place is a JOKE. I wish I could leave zero stars. I could not get out of my 6 month lease fast enough. This place is disgusting and roach infested. The staff is not very helpful at all. I was told I would get tiff treats delivered to my door for being instantly approved, didn’t happen. There’s signs everywhere that claim a “$0 pet deposit” well there’s a $250 pet FEE per pet, so don’t let them fool you. My AC went out SEVERAL times over the 6 months I lived here. The people are loud and the area is not great. Wasn’t worth my time or money. On top of all of this they are charging me $800 just to move out. beware of the games these people play. And the gates do not work!!!!!!this place is not safe! Have heard of several different people getting their cars/mailboxes broken into.And if you think you have an assigned covered parking, think again. I told the staff numerous times i couldn’t even park in my covered parking spot because the cars beside me parked too close to my spot i couldn’t even get out of my car. I told them i would like to park in a space i pay for and their response was “it’s included in rent, you do not pay for it” well if i pay the rent i think i’m paying for the parking spot too don’t you think ?? and laundry room stays locked so good luck washing your clothes.
