  Habían estado muy bien, hasta que se dañó el aire acondicionado, estoy haciendo reportes desde febrero y hasta el día de hoy no lo han reparado ya he hecho más de 12 reportes. Iba muy bien hasta que necesite ayuda y no me responden como deberían. Ya estoy valorando la opción de cancelar mi contrato, son una vergüenza, apartamento 524 fase 1. No pueden decir q estoy mintiendo porque tienen todos mis reportes

  I would like to give zero stars if possible. I had an appointment scheduled and traveled all the way from Houston to view the apartment. When I arrived, the receptionist told me there was nothing available to show and only explained using a brochure. If there was nothing to show, why was a home tour even booked? When I asked, she blamed it on “AI,” but I am 100% sure I spoke with a human agent while booking. The way this was handled was very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Traveling so far for nothing is extremely frustrating. This experience was ridiculous, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  My gf was renting an apt here. I understand you get what you pay for but these apts are on another level. Where do I start, front office has a turnaround of every 3 Mos. So you dealing with someone new all the time. The manager is always on lunch. When rent comes round they always "forget" to add something to your invoice. So after you pay the rent you owe something else. Which btw doesn't add up. Maintenance always takes a week to knock out work orders. And you better follow up or they'll forget about you. Mice infestation is rampant!! Not to mention the insects. Which we've never seen an exterminator come address. (But guess what's on your invoice.. correct. Extermination fee) Front doors, windows and sliding doors do not help out with the electricity bill. AC had to stay on 65 all summer to maintain a 70 degrees temp because everything let's out the temperature. Winter were horrible Trash valet, that you pay $30 for.. never saw that guy. This place is a nightmare. You have been warned ⚠️ ⚠️⚠️

  Carisimo el apartamento renovado , infestado de ratas y cucarachas y no solo uno casi todos los edificios tienen , el hombre de mantenimiento el jefe groserisimo y prepotente, me fui de ahí en tiempo y forma pero me dijeron q si seguía ahí no había deuda solo le dije q me iban y me querían cobrar más de 3000 dlls no hallan como quedarse con los depósitos q horror
