  I dont know how these apartment complex ant sued yet but when they first open they where decent and the staff and mantince where so great at doing they job but it just seem like they been slacking and getting tired no motivation in that office I guess you'll either needs to shut this shit down or gets your shit together fr

  Don't move here please I haven't been paying rent since I've lived here. When my daughter learned how to unlock a door and open it she liked to run ourmt many times when I'm in the shower or cooking and cps had gotten involved back in may long story short they used the video recordings of my daughter running out back in May and had put a warrant out for child neglect like I said cps was already involved and had everything tooken care of the investigation was not very good at keeping them anonymous i had two sezuires while in jail my child was doing nothing but crying for her mommy the whole week I was in jail and gave my mom and law and ex boyfriend and other daughter hell because non of them slept because they where worried about me these manager's did this two weeks after the cps closed. And thinking I don't have anyone who cares about me that's the funny part nope I was out in four days just you'll need to be careful

  Do not live here with small children it's not safe. Maintenance used to be one of the best parts of place but latest set of owners have ruined it. A/C went out and after 4 days of over 100° temps it's still not fixed. Unit is over 85° but we just keep being pushed off to next business day

  AC stopped working on the 22nd and attempts to get it fixed were mostly ignored until they finally came out at replaced the fan on the outside unit and said it was fixed. It is not fixed. At night, when it is 80F- 82F the inside temperature is between 83F-90F. Service requests go no where. Calls are directed to departments that don't answer. Emergency Support doesn't answer. The BS AI assistant sends text saying the 'team' has discussed things and it can wait until normal business hours. So no help through all these days and now the message says it will be looked at on the next business day, Monday. Heat advisories are ongoing. My medical condition is being negatively impacted by constant heat exposure. And I have to worry about our cat. Reports to the housing authority and code enforcement are being filed.
