  Do not live here with small children it's not safe. Maintenance used to be one of the best parts of place but latest set of owners have ruined it. A/C went out and after 4 days of over 100° temps it's still not fixed. Unit is over 85° but we just keep being pushed off to next business day

  AC stopped working on the 22nd and attempts to get it fixed were mostly ignored until they finally came out at replaced the fan on the outside unit and said it was fixed. It is not fixed. At night, when it is 80F- 82F the inside temperature is between 83F-90F. Service requests go no where. Calls are directed to departments that don't answer. Emergency Support doesn't answer. The BS AI assistant sends text saying the 'team' has discussed things and it can wait until normal business hours. So no help through all these days and now the message says it will be looked at on the next business day, Monday. Heat advisories are ongoing. My medical condition is being negatively impacted by constant heat exposure. And I have to worry about our cat. Reports to the housing authority and code enforcement are being filed.

  I have been living here for almost 2 years and this year I started getting mice/rats this place needs to be torn down ! My apartment walls and ceiling have damage they wont fix it of course. I can’t wait to move out, oh and rent randomly has been going up each time rent is due. Loud music playing from 1am to 5am, dogs are everywhere over here. The roofs look a mess as they started preparing work on it but they haven’t done anything. This is the worst apartment complex in this area!!! This place is literally worth $800 or less on renting not 1,000+ ! Oh and I never got to see my unit due to work being done in the bathroom that has nothing to do with the entire unit. DO NOT MOVE HERE AT ALL!!

  Estos apartamentos son un asco caca de perros por todos lados, cucarachas nunca se acaban, la basura por todos lados, los perro de la calles entran por que los gates nunca servieron, me ropieron la ventana del carro dos veces, pagas y nunca tedan tu park reserved, las alberca y el gyn nunca de lo nunca esta abiertos y tu bill de renta nunca se queda figo sube por que sube jajajaja
