  Update: Positive Review | I recommend living here THANK YOU ELI AND BETTY I’ve had a really positive experience with this apartment community so far! The application and move-in process was smooth, and the staff has been very welcoming, understanding, helpful, and informative. I am genuinely happy here. I especially want to recognize Betty and Eli for being so kind, professional, and attentive. They have both made me feel heard and valued as a resident. I just needed a little patience, Whenever I’ve had questions or concerns, they have been willing to listen and work toward getting things addressed. I especially want to thank ELI ( the manager) for coming out himself to check things out and addressing the concerns. Also, mentioning he has an open door policy if we feel we need to speak to a manager. I also appreciate how management has been responsive to our needs and continues to make an effort to ensure I’m comfortable and taken care of. It really makes a difference when you feel like the people managing your community actually care about the residents. Overall, I’m happy with my apartment and the experience I’ve had here. I truly appreciate Betty and Eli, for their hard work and for continuing to improve the resident experience. I’m looking forward to seeing the community continue to grow and improve! I plan to be here for a few years! I also caught an amazing special! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Daunte was an amazing help! Absolutely loved my experience! Everything was handled with care and professionalism, and I felt welcomed the entire time. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends.

  I want to recognize the maintenance manager Daunte for doing an outstanding job. He is always professional, respectful, and quick to respond to maintenance requests. Every repair that’s been needed has been completed in a timely manner, and he takes the time to make sure the job is done right. It's clear he genuinely cares about the residents and works hard to keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained. His dedication and positive attitude make a noticeable difference in the community. Thank you for your excellent service!
