- CJC. JacksonSep 30, 20231.0NO hot water for almost a week, they will mark your maintenance request complete when they did nothing. Nobody in the office picks up the phone. They will leave notices on your door of days they will be in your apartment. Then ever show up. They cannot produce a water bill to show you but they will try and charge you multiple times for water and other fees that are not in the lease. It says in the lease they have to show you your water bill. I see people watering plants with hoses, I’m not paying for that! This place is bogus and will be taken to court very soon.
