I hope the property management takes this review seriously because my experience has been extremely disappointing.
I had barely moved into this community before my work vehicle was broken into (along with 2 other resident’s cars)! and now my personal vehicle has been towed. As a new resident, this is not the experience I expected.
The complete lack of communication from the leasing office. I listed both of my vehicles on my rental application, yet no one informed me before I signed my lease that there would be issues parking two registered vehicles on the property. I wasn't made aware of this until lease signing, after I had already committed to moving in.
Since then, I've repeatedly reached out by phone and email asking for help with reserved parking because I work during the leasing office's business hours. Instead of providing answers, the staff keeps insisting that I come into the office, even after I've explained multiple times that I cannot make it before they close.
They sent me a property map with no explanation of which reserved spaces were available or how to read it. Rather than receiving guidance, I was left to figure it out on my own.
The leasing staff has come across as unhelpful, disorganized, and dismissive. Every interaction has felt like an inconvenience to them instead of an opportunity to assist a resident.
I'm also confused about why there are so few visitor parking spaces. Residents with more than one vehicle are left with almost no reasonable options, and the result is expensive towing fees.
Between the vehicle break-in, my personal car being towed, the lack of communication, and the poor customer service, I deeply regret choosing this community.
I am already looking into my options for breaking my lease because this has been one of the most frustrating moving experiences I've ever had.
If you're considering moving here, make sure you fully understand the parking policies before signing your lease and don't assume the leasing office will clearly explain them.
My experience has been both costly and stressful.
I hate it here.

I lived at Greyson’s Gate Apartments for 3yrs and it has been the worst experience of all the places I’ve lived! Let get started!
1) when my application was processed, I was told the amount that I needed to pay, even the same morning when was supposed to pick up the keys they reminded me of the what should be on the check, but when I got there o and picked up my keys, I got a call that I need more that what they told me. I had to give them another $150 then treated me like I was at fault! To this day no reasonable explanation as to why.
2 they have a prefilled form check form for the apartment they give you to fill out immediately, absolutely ridiculous! I stop there in shock because how am I going to know all the nasty unclean things in there in just a few mins. The lady told me to just send all the maintenance requests.
3) The apartment was filthy! Floors nasty
Bathroom sink rusted, stove nasty, old and filled with grease, burners old and rotten Cupboards barely painted and just tacky. Let’s not talk about the refrigerator! Smelly very outdated and old! The apartment was musty carpets dirty had to vacuum, bathroom clogged up constantly, it took me several weeks to clean up the filthy apartment, car got jacked, woke up to my driver’s window completely smashed! Maintenance came and even went in my closet, I had left c a band in the door one day when I knew they were coming, only to come home and it was broken. They only come when they know you’re not there. Be very careful. Unfortunately I had already signed the Lease and the apartment I got was not the one I looked at. The attitude of the staff just nasty overall!
4) You will never get your security deposit back ! You will even get charged extra! I kept that place top notch! So much so that they couldn’t even charge me for cleaning, but took all my security deposit and then turned around and charged me an extra $300 for things I am not responsible for! Why should I be charged to supposedly replace carpet I got dirty and nasty and I
Had to buy a vacuum and cleaned it when I moved in! Noise at the pool and loud music all day and night! I never once used any of their old amenities. Cars have not speed limit.
5) word of advice, take pictures of every single things immediately when you move in and send them in immediately! I still have the video I took when I moved in. But I didn’t send a lot of pictures to them. I only sent pictures of some of the mess because I knew I would clean them up.
6) Charges $30-35 to take your own trash out, rain, sun, winter doesn’t matter you have to take your own trash out. I pay $25 everywhere I have live for valet trash but not here! Water charges almost $150 each month!
7) Best decision I made was leaving that hell hole and rude staff that couldn’t care less.
8) They kept charging me more and more for utilities when the time
Was getting closer for me to move out!
9) y’all are a bunch of rip offs!
10) Think twice before moving here!
11) dint even come on here to say anything other than what I wrote! I have lived several places, check my reviews, I never had any issues this bad and I have gotten most of my security deposits back from other places I have lived! Not scammed out of it and then asked me to pay more! This is unacceptable!

I’d like to share that I’ve lived at Greysons for over two years, and the maintenance team has always been incredibly responsive and efficient. I especially want to highlight Demark, who went above and beyond tonight to assist us with an AC emergency. He’s always a great help whenever we encounter a maintenance issue, and we truly appreciate his assistance.
