  My client and I stopped the other day for a tour of the apartments. Nique did an outstanding job. She took the time and was very patient with all of our questions. Her knowledge of the apartments and professionalism was well above average but more importantly, her kindness and down to earth attitude made it seem like we were dealing with friends. Thanks Nique - it was a pleasure working with you.

  Si estás pensando en rentar aquí, NO LO RECOMIENDO. Actualmente soy inquilina y mi experiencia ha sido muy mala. El problema con las cucarachas es desesperante. El lugar está infestado y, a pesar de reportarlo, no cuentan con un control de plagas realmente efectivo. Lo peor es que cuando presentas una queja o reportas algún problema, la administración no responde con la urgencia que corresponde. Ayer sábado, la puerta del estacionamiento comenzó a hacer un ruido insoportable, literalmente de hierro contra hierro. Reporté el problema tres veces y fue imposible dormir durante toda la noche. Ya es el día siguiente y todavía nadie ha venido a solucionarlo. Me parece una falta de responsabilidad y consideración hacia los residentes. En varias ocasiones aseguran que los problemas ya fueron reparados, pero estos continúan o vuelven a presentarse. Uno paga una renta esperando vivir en un lugar limpio, tranquilo y con una administración que responda cuando existe un problema. Lamentablemente, esa no ha sido mi experiencia aquí. Antes de rentar, piénsalo muy bien.

  I will start with the positives and say the staff is amazing overall and very helpful with the many discrepancies I’ve had with this apartment. However, the unit they gave me, at least in my case, was in poor repair. Some appliances were broken but still operable. There was paint chipped off the doors. I had a roach infestation when I first moved in, but management handled it quickly, and I had never seen a roach in any of my previous homes until I moved here. The window sills had mold growth due to improperly sealed windows, and the repair team simply sealed over it with new paint. I had to go in myself and thoroughly sanitize everything so I wasn’t breathing in mold spores. There was also rust on the ceiling of my shower when I first moved in. Overall, the bare minimum a tenant should receive is a unit in fully good repair. The only positive thing I can truly say is that the management is kind and very helpful. With the amount of rent this place charges, the condition of the units definitely doesn’t reflect the price at all.

  I really wanted to have a good experience with this apartment community, but unfortunately it has been frustrating from the beginning. The first time I applied, I needed to change my referral before my application was approved. The application stated that changes could be made before approval, but instead of helping me make the change, I ended up having to cancel my entire application and start over. Before reapplying, I toured the exact unit I wanted and spoke with who I believe was the assistant manager. I was told that I could keep my August 1 move-in date and that if I chose to move it later, the price would not change. However, after I reapplied, I was told there was nothing they could do regarding the pricing. It was frustrating because I relied on the information I was given. Having to apply twice and receiving conflicting information both times has been incredibly disappointing. I feel like I was told one thing and then something completely different happened. Better communication and more accountability from the leasing office would have made this process much smoother
