  I had a wonderful experience working with Petrina during the leasing process for my apartment. She was extremely helpful, professional, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions and made the entire leasing process easy and stress-free. Petrina went above and beyond to help me, and I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and professionalism. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the process. Thank you, Petrina, for all your help! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment. She is truly amazing at what she does!

  One of the worst complex apartments I have ever seen and I didn’t even live here! Visited my partner the entire year while he was occupying a two bedroom unit. Labor Day came around and folks partied too hard leaving smashed glass in the pool. The complex punished everyone and banned the pool on weekends. Gate is always broken…and I mean ALWAYS. This allows anyone to come in and out as they pleased. The gate is also motion detected, when it works, allowing people to follow close behind and sneak in. Many apartments are filled with more people than listed. During the last two months of my partner living there, I witnessed homeless people walk right in and set up camp. Two weeks before we moved, his car was broken into. The complex held no responsibility, however, the maintenance manager did let us know that security was not patrolling as he should, collecting a paycheck without actually working. Location-wise this apartment is not great either. People will drag race in front and behind the complex, keeping you up all hours of the night. You pay luxury prices for outdated appliances. It’s best to skip this complex and find a better one!
