  I have been living here for three years it is the worst apartment. I have lived in Management is the worst. Tenants are violating the laws while parking in hand,icap parking spot. Nothing is done. The front gates stay broken and we are paying for people running into the gate. Car block fire lane, and Tenants are not able to get out or leave. Tenants are parking under the carport while others are struggling to pay monthly, there are no enforcements. Tenants are charged a monthly storm damage fee and already have rental insurance. Opt out on website and not given credit. I can go on and on. About what Management is not doing to make this committee and outstanding place to live.
