  Very Disappointing Experience I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this apartment complex. My biggest concern is the refusal to refund money that I believe I am rightfully owed. I have made multiple attempts to address the situation and get a clear explanation, but the matter has not been resolved. I believe residents and potential residents deserve transparency, professionalism, and accountability when it comes to their money. Refusing to provide a refund without a reasonable explanation or proper resolution is unacceptable. I would strongly encourage anyone considering renting here to carefully review all policies regarding deposits, fees, and refunds before signing anything. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property.

  ⭐️ 1-Star Review — Five Mile Creek Apartments I would not recommend Five Mile Creek Apartments to save my life. I have only been here for nine months, and I have had issue after issue since the day I moved in. The trash situation is horrible. Some residents leave trash outside of their apartments and in the breezeways, even though there is no trash valet service. I literally have to walk through trash just to get to my apartment. The dumpsters and trash cans are constantly overflowing, and the property does not feel clean or well-maintained. I’ve also dealt with plumbing problems, ants, and ongoing maintenance issues. When I bring these concerns to management, I’m repeatedly told, “We’ll get somebody out,” but the problems continue. The maintenance service has been extremely disappointing. Since the new management took over, it seems like the priority is getting vacant units filled rather than addressing the problems that current residents are dealing with. What about the people who already live here? We deserve to have our concerns taken seriously and our apartments properly maintained. Another major concern is the mailboxes. They have been broken into, and I recently had a package stolen after the mailbox issue. Residents should be able to receive their mail and packages without having to worry about their property being stolen. Overall, after only nine months, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my experience. There is always something going wrong, and residents shouldn’t have to constantly fight to get basic issues addressed. I hope management starts putting the needs and safety of the residents who already live here first.

  Bienvenido a un lugar que podría ser mucho mejor si tuvieran un mínimo de cortesía y decencia. El personal de mantenimiento entra y sale de tu vivienda cuando le apetece, sin dejar ninguna nota. No se reciben avisos por escrito sobre ciertas órdenes de trabajo o inspecciones. Hay basura en exceso que desborda los contenedores; incluso si vas al único otro que hay, también lo encontrarás desbordado. Al consultar cualquier cosa con los encargados de la oficina, te topas con una actitud condescendiente y algo grosera. (No hace falta tratar a todo el mundo como si fueran de los bajos fondos). Sinceramente, ojalá me hubiera mudado, pero este lugar ha sido mi hogar durante mucho tiempo. Quizás la situación mejore. Rezo para que así sea, porque este sitio hace que la vida sea horrible. Welcome to a place that could be so much more if they had common courtesy and common decency. Maintenance will enter and exit your place on a whim and not leave notes. There will be no physical notices about some work orders or some inspections. There is an abundance of trash that over fills the dumpsters so even going to the only other one… it will be over filled also. When asking the office managers about anything you will be met with condescending and semi rude attitude. (Not everyone in the hood needs to be treated hood) Honestly wished I had moved but this had been home a long time. Maybe it will get better. I pray it does cause this place makes life horrible.

  I wish I would have gotten a place here... The units are so beautiful 😍 They have affordable housing applications are affordable the staff is so nice here Germany was so helpful with my application and everything she was above and beyond doing her portion of work there and I just want to thank her for doing everything that she possibly could to help us in every way that she possibly could if anybody needs a raise it's definitely Germany this is definitely a place you want to go and look at it if you're looking for an affordable spacious unit with great amenities and helpful staff clean quiet units it's just amazing 😍🤩❤️
