  No lo recomiendo! El año pasado en temporada de frío nunca arreglaron la calefacción era pura excusas y excusas y lo dejaron así, este año hemos puesto órdenes del aire y no lo arreglan tampoco sacan más excusas que eso está bien y no lo arreglan. Hemos puesto órdenes también de una filtración o liqueo en el baño como ellos dicen y la orden sale que ya vinieron y nada, nunca vienen ni arreglan nada, no se muden aquí!!

  Lived here for a year & everything was very smooth! While living here I can say all of the staff was always friendly, and very helpful , they always answered every question that I brought up, the maintenance was always handled in a timely manner & the community overall are very nice!

  ⭐️ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed I moved into apartment #44 just a few days ago, and the AC has not worked since the day I moved in. I have contacted the office multiple times to report the issue, and every time I am told that maintenance will come to fix it. However, no one has actually come to resolve the problem. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially during these very high temperatures. People should not have to live without working air conditioning, particularly families with children. I expected the management to take this situation seriously and address it immediately, but so far, nothing has been done. Based on my experience, this is one of the worst places I have ever rented. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone, especially families with children. I am now looking into what legal options are available to me because I believe residents deserve a safe and livable home, and having no working AC in this heat is a serious concern.

  My son had to come back home from visiting and spending time with family because their A/C stopped working, and since then are now on DAY FIVE without properly functioning air conditioning. Management has not repaired the issue or provided reasonable temporary accommodations, such as a portable A/C unit, while they wait. As someone who works in apartment management myself, I am absolutely appalled that a property manager would allow residents to go days without adequate cooling during the extreme Texas summer heat. I know firsthand how seriously emergency maintenance issues should be handled and how important communication with residents is. At this point, the matter has been reported to City of Dallas Code Compliance because Dallas has requirements regarding adequate refrigerated air in rental properties. Five days without A/C, with inadequate communication and no meaningful temporary solution, is completely unacceptable. Residents deserve better.
