  Definitely the worst experience I've ever had. During the summer, they never repaired my AC; they just canceled the work order and never came to check it. Then, when I moved out, I had the entire kitchen and bathroom resurfaced, and they told me they wouldn't charge me, but in the end, they did the opposite. They deducted absolutely everything from my deposit, and I had friends who had the same thing happen to them. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Furthermore, the office staff doesn't try to find solutions for anything; they simply say they'll resolve any problem, but they never do anything.

  No security whatsoever, people breaking into cars and having their car alarms go off, children being loud at night by pool and running up and down stairs, residents doing weed in apartments and it’s coming through ac vents, people speeding through parking lots. This is ridiculous there is hardly peace and quiet around here during quiet times. people driving in and out of exit gates and entrance gates wrong. Trash everywhere around parking lots and broken glass too.

  I live at the Dorchester. I don’t recommend moving here. The front office is horrendous. Zero communication, zero accountability. It took them a month for me just to transfer from one unit to another. They screwed up my rate adding $150 dollars on to it and don’t care. My last unit I had a garage that was broken for over a month and they never got back to me about it. Their underwriter never emailed me back. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such incompetence from top to bottom.

  DO NOT RENT A APARTMENT WITH THEM! THEY MAD US PAY LIKE 5,000 BECAUSE WE ONLY PASSED THE DUE DATE AND WE TOLD THEM THAT WE WERE MOVING AND THEY STILL CHARGED US DONT RENT A APARTMENT

  Do not rent with them. They charged us for being “late” for renters insurance even though we had an active policy that auto renewed. The system charges you even if we prove you didn’t have a lapse in coverage. That’s a Richdale management decision. They will nickel and dime you if they can. They also don’t have auto pay on their app. It’s the only bill I have to manually pay every month. They have new leasing agents every 2-3 months for some reason as well.
