Just as a warning- the prices online are not market prices. I went in to tour and confirmed price and unit I was wanting and told them I would be applying without assistance and for market price. No one informed me of the actual market price until I applied and paid $100 in application fees. I asked if I could be refunded due to incorrect information being told to me and I received a message saying they could not and "Sorry." Be careful when applying

My experience with Cypress Creek on Montfort was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The staff are highly unprofessional, disorganized, and completely disrespectful of people’s time. They kept me going back and forth as if they were serious about helping me rent an apartment, only to waste my time with poor communication and constant delays.
Every time I called or visited, I got different answers from different staff members. Nobody seemed to know what was going on, and there was no sense of urgency or customer service. Instead of being helpful, they acted careless and dismissive, making the entire process stressful and exhausting.
If you value professionalism, honesty, and your time, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Renting should not feel like begging people to do their job. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I absolutely ADORE this property and the staff is amazing!
First, this place is gorgeous. You can tell the property owners put equal amounts of time, $ and passion into this place.
The pool area, gym facilities and resident lounge areas make that obvious. The manager Christy was also very helpful. My initial and follow up interactions with her made the decision to move here a simple one.
Overall an awesome experience.

My experience was not good at all. I advised the lady Brooke that I was coming from another state, atp she sent me over the application and told me it would be 7-10 days to process. Once that time passed I heard nothing from her after following up with her through email still nothing. I ended up speaking with Dess where she advised me that they never received any documentation which I was communicating with Brooke through her email so I know that wasn’t true. Anyways I resubmitted anyways & Dess told me the process starts over. A couple of days later Kecia reaches out asking me questions about what I was looking again after telling them my spill about I’m on a crunch time to move states. We were communicating for a couple of days then she also ghosted me then popped bck up a week & some change later asking how can she assist me? No one answers the phones here the customer service is just terrible!! I’m really glad I ended up not moving here I’m sure it would have been a mess!
