  Coming in with experience in the leasing industry, these are my thoughts on how we’ve been treated at Creekside so far: Due to a family emergency and relocating on short notice, I had to find my husband an apartment in the area to stay close to his job. ELIZABET was kind, communicative and extremely efficient in our application and screening process. She answered every question we had thoroughly and provided a very clear picture of what the property has to offer. Our time from application > move-in was a very quick turn around and this was accommodated by the entire staff who made sure to keep us in the loop throughout, of their own volition, and offered help at every turn. BRENDA, the manager, also assisted in our key pick-up and we had a lovely conversation while we finalized the lease signing. She made time to ensure my husband felt confident in this temporary home transition. In my 6+ years of leasing experience, I’ve lived in luxury communities run by my own clients and truly never received this level of attention to detail at move-in; which really blew me away considering how many inconveniences we brought to the table during the application. It’s easy and reasonable to report when something upsets you or doesn’t go your way, especially regarding your home, but hard work, efficiency and kindness are all the more deserving of flowers 💐 the new apartment home is beautiful and any minor issues have already been reported and treated accordingly. Thank you both, truly, for helping to make this major life change a simple process! 🥹

  I had the best experience thanks to Assistant Manager Eva! She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always had a smile on her face. Even though the office was busy, she took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. This was by far the best experience I've ever had in a leasing office. Eva's professionalism, patience, and outstanding customer service truly made all the difference. She is an incredible asset to the team! Would recommend Eva to anyone visiting Creekside. 10/10 🤩🤩🤩

  One of the worst experiences ever. Loose dog attacking people and dogs and management does not cooperate with law enforcement. Parking spots barely fit sedans and units are old and barely held together. Has major sewage problems and on top of it all management gets offended if you don’t speak Spanish and gives you runaround anywhere they can. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  I moved in on May 30th 2026 and have had nothing but a positive experience. The staff and maintenance have been easy to contact and quickly cared for anything I needed. This move was a work relocation for me. So I didn't have time to travel to Texas. To view the apartment and do everything in person before moving. I have found everything to be exactly the way it was described to me. And I couldn't be happier.

  The Leasing Specialist Elizabet has been excellent and thorough. She was very patient going through all the floor plan options with me and was very professional. The management team here is top notch.
