  Quiero empezar con que he estado más de 3 años y he visto muchos cambios de personal, pero aquí recientemente parece haber mejorado. Primero déjame empezar con Krystal, a pesar de que podríamos haber tenido un comienzo difícil, ella ha estado aquí con nosotros cuando la vi trabajar sola y todavía ha estado vacilante con nosotros. En segundo lugar, el equipo de mantenimiento siempre hace lo que puede con lo que parece que tienen y pueden hacer. La nueva señorita en el frente es tan servicial que había oído que había problemas antes con los paquetes y parece ser más consciente de lo que está pasando. Por último, no he conocido al nuevo gerente, pero veo que están más en comunicación con nosotros, la piscina finalmente está abierta, al irde la lavandería con más de un artículo funcionando. Ayer fui a la oficina para mi renovación y había un hombre americano actuando un poco loco y mi inglés no es muy bueno, pero creo que el nuevo gerente lo estaba llevando a su oficina mientras lo estaba haciendo, así que le estaba informando que su actitud no era bienvenida hacia su personal y que estaba dispuesto a hablar con él y si no podía soportar eso, entonces no había razón para continuar en su oficina. Fue genial presenciar algo así sabiendo que hay un personal que se apoya entre sí y está haciendo lo que puede por todos los residentes, renovaré. Gracias

  !! WHERE DO I START !!! READ THIS BEFORE YOU THINK TO MOVE HERE!!! COMMUNITY- This has to be the worst community I've ever lived in. There are so many loiterers around/ inside the complex to the point where it is unsafe. They come inside the gate once opened by the residents. They have been found sleeping in the laundry room as well. On top of that, the ones that hang out at the gas station, are always shooting it up, asking for rides, picking up / dropping off call girls ("women workers") and so much more. Our first week living there we heard a shoot out at the gas station which is on the other side of the shared fence (connected to the complex). And keep in mind, this is not including in the everyday shoot outs. AND there are a lot of cars that get broken into on a DAILY. People leave beer bottles, shattered glass, cigarets, and so much trash all over the place, that we never felt comfortable walking our dog on the complex. Plus the dog park is a disaster. Over all, not a safe environment. MAINTENANCE- WEIRD. We ended up being in 2 different units during our residency. When we put in maintenance requests during our first unit, they were normally pretty good at responding, BUT, it never got fixed. They came multiple times for our dishwasher, but every time they left, the dishwasher wasn't fixed. In our second unit, the maintenance was always slamming our doors (we have cameras), looking into our bedroom when there was no need, using our toilet, and inspecting our cameras. When we came to management about it, they said "that's their job"... UNITS- When we first got there, our shower handle was broken off, and our garbage disposal was broken, all when we moved in. We did a unit transfer to downsize and it was an utter disappointment. There was no living room light, along with an open electric wire sticking up out of the floor (we have animals), ROACHES, NATS, along with SOOO many other small weird bugs, which we've never had before, EVER! The dishwasher was also broken in this unit along with the bar. It was supposed to be renovated but it seemed far from that. The balcony and front door barely locked and there was a constant odor coming from the neighboring units + so much noise. Our shower was never working. The only way we could get hot water was the tub. When you switched it to the shower head, it was freezing cold. On top of that, our water was foggy and yellow. We put in multiple maintenance requests, but it never got fixed. PARKING- Parking was absolutely horrible. No matter what time of day there will be no parking available. Unless you're outside at 7am waiting for a spot. AMENITIES- Swimming pool is not useable or safe. The dog park reeks. The laundry mat never works. It's filled with roaches. Don't like the gym either. MANAGEMENT- Nobody knows what’s going on when it comes to management. Victoria is amazing and super nice. But other than that, horrible. They tried to back charge us for our animal because they haven’t been charging us for it the whole time we were there. Even though they knew we had animals.(Gave us the option to pay $600 in whole or in 2 payments for their mistake) Over all, we would never live nor step foot in that complex, ever again. PHOTOS

  Esas señoras que pasan en la oficina se creen las dueñas de los apartamentos y solo son unas empleadas mas, se creen muy importantes las mujeres esas no entregan los paquetes y ellas se quedan con los paquetes que no les pertenecen, cuando voy a la oficina a pedir mis paquetes siempre me dicen que no van a entregar ningún paquete, ellas se roban los paquetes de las demás personas, esas empleadas que tienen son muy groseras, deberían de corregir esas empleadas para que no se roben los paquetes y para que traten bien a las personas y siempre que preguntas algo te ignoran te dejan hablando sola como que si no hubiera nadie ahí son muy mal educadas esas señoras.

  Las personas que trabajan ahí no son amables ni profesional, esas señoras que pasan en la oficina atienden de mala gana, todo el tiempo pasan de amargadas parecen que no les hacen el trabajo en la noche a esas señoras, llegan mis paquetes de Amazon y nunca me los entregan tengo 3 paquetes en la oficina y esas señoras no me los quieren entregar, los paquetes son míos no son de ellas para que no me los quieran entregar, no tienen ningún derecho de retener mis paquetes tienen que entregarme mis paquetes, por que ya eh llegado a la oficina varias veces y no me quieren dar mis paquetes, siempre tienen la costumbre de abrir los paquetes para ver si se pueden robar algo de los paquetes, cuando llegan mis paquetes siempre me los entregan abiertos ellas abren los paquetes y se roban las cosas, así que esas señoras no tienen ningún derecho de retener mi paquete no me quieren entregar mis paquetes, siempre pasan diciendo que no me van a entregar ningún paquete, los paquetes son míos y tienen que entregármelo
