Horrible experience, I payed a $175 application fee & I the customer still had to go out of my way and retrieve all of the rental verification emails & send them to MARCIA when I thought that was there job?? What am I paying the application fee for ?? Then they gave me the run around for a whole month about my application I called almost EVERYDAY about an update because I’m a single mom & I needed to know because my current lease was up …. Finally get approved the last week of the month was told the unit would not be available until July 5th (had to arrange additional days for my current lease) I was then told to bring a $1300 money order which I was 100% ok with until 3 day before I was supposed to move in I was told $2600 to move in (I don’t have the best credit but that is a crazy amount)…… and for 2 I initially applied for the 1st month rent free then I was told by the manager Bry that my discount EXPIRED & I need to show proof that I applied for discount (when it’s promoted online) & on top of that it was there fault my application got DELAYED so far out …. Horrible experience I had to threaten to call Corporate because they were not going to send me my application fee back because I did not accept the LIE of an offer which was BS. I heard good thing about this complex it’s really discouraging when you deal with unprofessional people like this ! Good thing I have successfully found somewhere much more professional & welcoming.

I had one of the most disturbing experiences I’ve ever had as a tenant here. I came home to find my apartment had been entered without my knowledge or consent. There were two ladders inside, a large trash can in the middle of my floor, my couch had been moved, my living room light was left on, and there was a hole in my wall near the sprinkler. I was immediately terrified walking into my own home not knowing who had been there or why especially as a woman with children. I called the front office in a panic, and the staff sounded just as confused as I was. No one could clearly explain why someone was in my apartment, and I kept being placed on hold while they tried to figure it out. I was later told an “email was sent,” but I never received anything beforehand. The only email I got came about an hour and a half AFTER I had already discovered everything which makes it feel like it was created after the fact to cover the situation. There were FOUR men in my apartment three from a third-party company (“Austin Morgan”) and one maintenance worker. Yet no one could clearly explain what the so called “emergency” was that justified entering my home without notice. What made it worse was the complete lack of empathy. Management, including Ashley, acknowledged I didn’t receive proper notice, but instead of showing concern, the focus felt like it was on covering themselves (generating an email after the fact, with the email tailored up to exactly what I told the front office a hour and half later with equipment still left in “my home”). I even asked about options to leave early due to how unsafe and uncomfortable this made me feel, and was basically told immediately “NO” and I’d have to pay to break my lease. No understanding, no accountability. To this day, I’m left feeling uneasy in a place I’m supposed to feel safe. As a tenant, you expect basic communication and respect for your privacy. Walking into your home not knowing who’s been inside is not only unacceptable it’s scary. If you value your safety, privacy, and peace of mind, I would strongly reconsider living here. I have contacted corporate, I have sent over several emails with proof of pictures as well and no one has still responded.
