  I have a friend who lives in this apartment complex. I have a friend who luves in these apartment complex and I have stayed these plenty of times. 1.) These apartments are infested with roaches and flees. 2.) These apartments are infested with rats that run around and inside the walls all night, and when the attention was brought to the office employee, the employees response was dont worry rats are just like dog's. 3.) These apartments have severe mold thruout the units and maintenance only do cover ups, instead of fixing the issue. 4.) These apartments have uneven floors throughout the units. 5.) These apartments have a very high volume of theft activities in your vehicles and your home. Someone needs to notify the city and health department with many health problems and violations of residence rights.

  These apartment complexes have always been poorly maintained. I did not have high expectations for these apartments as they are located in the ghetto, there are constant gunshots, noisy neighbors with loud music at 2am, the apartments form the inside have a cockroach infestation, you put in a maintenance order and they don’t resolve it. In simple terms it’s the worst are you could live in, not only because of safety concerns, but because the office people don’t put in the effort either. I pay my rent in time and I don’t put in maintained order because I know they won’t resolve anything. We haven’t had hot water in a week, of course they won’t take any responsibility and will charge us as per usual and want their rent money, gas money on time. Please if you see this post go rent anywhere else. I am not exaggerating when I say this, you will regret living here. That also goes for the other complexes near by like Lumina and Helios.
