  From the start it was a mess up.. moved in sink was filled with piping debris or something. It and they didn't clean that up before my . Refrigerator leaving puddles on the kitchen floor. AC was not cooling my apartment. does not work in the primary bedroom and it's a one bedroom apartment. The window literally had stained condensation as to where you can't see out the window. I asked and the repair team put cardboard in my window for five days to come back to install a window that flew out on a stormy rainy night that soaked my bed my floor and the next morning to get cardboard reinstalled. To follow up with that they water off for hours out of the day at least three times a month every other month another problem my water pressure wasn't working as to where I wasn't receiving hot water for at least two months or more wasn't really keeping track. Mind you when I put in these request to fix my apartment. I make sure I put do not enter my unit without my presence, but they do anyways and then say sorry afterwards but maintain entering. One maintenance guy entered while knocking didn't even give me a chance to get up to respond like just because I have a my apartment. Doesn't mean use it. The wall walls are hollow as I can hear my neighbor talk on the phone from my restroom. Not to mention I have multiple noise complaints even received when when I wasn't even home. I could go on.. beware before you lease here.

  I’ve lived at this property since 2022, and overall it has been a good place to stay. The property itself is well kept, I’ve felt safe here, and I haven’t had any major issues during my time as a resident. That’s important to me, especially as a parent. I do want to specifically recognize Raquel in the front office. She has been consistently amazing since 2022. No matter how many property managers have come and gone (I believe we’ve had three or four during my time here), she has always remained professional, kind, and helpful. Anytime I’ve needed assistance, she has stepped in and handled things without issue. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the current leasing agent in the front office. I’ve had multiple experiences where I felt dismissed or treated poorly when asking simple questions or requesting assistance. The response is often just “you can send an email,” rather than addressing the question in person. Most recently, I came in needing a copy made of my daughter’s birth certificate for school because the resident copy machine wasn’t working. I was essentially ignored until Raquel came out and immediately helped me without hesitation. It shouldn’t require another staff member stepping in for basic assistance. I have previously raised concerns about this leasing agent’s attitude and behavior toward me with management, but I’m not sure if anything was ever addressed. Additionally, there are occasional water shut-offs during the middle of the day, which can be inconvenient. And while the property itself is good, the consistent turnover of property managers does not create a sense of stability for residents. Overall, the property is good and I’ve appreciated my time here, but due to these ongoing concerns, I likely will not be renewing my lease this year.

  At first I loved living here but I started to notice some rough looking people around the property not sure why, I guess they probably lowered the rental criteria, which allows a larger contingent of people to move in. They also tried to over-charge me after move-out, so be careful you check the move out paperwork carefully, as mistakes can and was made when I moved out. Other than that I guess it it's a ok property to rent from.

  I absolutely love living here.. I actually just signed a new lease today extending my time here.. The front office staff is great and very kind.. The maintenance guys are awesome.. I couldn't ask for anything else in an apartment complex.. Beautiful facilities, small and quiet property and also in a great location.. I can't recommend this place enough! If I ever move it will only be because I'm moving from apartment to a house.. I would never leave here to find another apartment.. Everyone in the front office is awesome but Terra is especially great to me anytime I need something.. If you want to check this place out go ask for her!! 5 out of 5 for me...
