  Allowed me to break my lease for free, and is now trying to charge me $1,250 because Melody “finally got a response” from her manager. You told me I could move out for free due to reasonable accommodation. You don’t get to change your mind on this, legally, and I will be seeking legal assistance on the matter. They are incredibly difficult to get ahold of, and maintenance likes to lie and say they came into your apartment to fix something, despite my indoor cameras showing they never been accessed my apartment.

  Administración, mantenimiento y apartamentos no buenos para mudarse, las condiciones no son las mejores ya que fuman y no tienen ventanas es decir no abre ninguna.

  No volvería a vivir aquí nunca más, son los peores apartamentos donde he vivido, todo mi embarazo oliendo cigarrillos de gente que fuma en los pasillos y no hacen nada al respecto también la señora que está en la oficina no tiene empatía, es muy grosera

  Imagina vivir en un ASQUEROSO lugar donde ni siquiera se preocupan por la piscina sabiendo que a diario llega gente a ver los apartamentos decidiendo donde mudarse y la tienen así😂 Les cuento a las nuevas personas, en estos apartamentos no les recomiendo vivir. 1. Olor a marihuana desagradable y gente fumando cerca de ti sin importar si tienes un bebé o estás en embarazo. 2. Está prohibido hacer mantenimiento a tu auto, imagínate no poder arreglar tu auto aquí en el lugar donde vives si un día no quiere encender porque te multan. 3. MELODY PORTER la señora de la oficina es GROSERA, solo te va a tratar bien el día que decides mudarte pero realmente no le importan los inquilinos es la PEOR trabajadora que he viste en mi vida, entra a tu apartamento sin pedir permiso, FIRMA documentación sin pedir permiso, No te permite arreglar tu auto pero si permite que por las noches vengan camiones aparcar allí, permite que fumen en el área porque no hace nada al respecto para evitarlo, te enviará correos amenazándote con poner multas sobre cosas innecesarias. Me quiso cobrar la pintura al momento de mudarme ¿acaso los $1.000 de depósito no fueron suficientes para una pintura? La piscina SIEMPRE está sucia y si por algún motivo la ven limpia es que le ponen 2 tanques de Cloro PURO solo para disimular por los invitados. Se va el agua todo el tiempo o muchas veces no habrá agua caliente. Este lugar fue un hotel anteriormente y por ese motivo no debes mudarte aquí ya que NINGUNA VENTANA ABRE, cuando cocines y el humo encienda las alarmas de los bomberos ella pondrá una multa de $500.0 dólares por algo que no es tu culpa. NO RECOMÍ AVIA A NADIE POR FAVOR NO LEAS LOS COMENTARIOS QUE TIENEN 5 ESTRELLAS 🌟 PORQUE SON FALSOS ELLOS PAGAN PARA QUE ALGUIEN HAGA BUENOS COMENTARIOS.

  The tour went well overall. Ms. Melody is professional and nice. Very busy woman it seems. I was a bit surprised about the Two Dots rental verification. Just know- if your credit score is below 675 you will be conditionally approved with an additional deposit and will have to pay the rental amount as a deposit. For me, that would be $845 deposit. Otherwise, your deposit would be $400 plus the $99 admin fee.
