  My experience living here was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the biggest issues was the cleanliness of the property. The apartment and common areas were frequently dirty, and professional cleaning only seemed to happen every two to three months, which was not enough to maintain the property properly. Another major issue was the construction. There was construction directly outside my window that I was not made aware of before moving in. The constant noise made it extremely difficult to sleep and significantly affected my overall quality of living. Security was also a serious concern. The doors were constantly broken, and the garage frequently malfunctioned, allowing people who were not supposed to have access to the property to get inside. This made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe as a resident. Overall, I expected a much better experience for the price of living here. Between the lack of cleanliness, unexpected construction, constant maintenance issues, and security concerns, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this property to do their research and ask detailed questions about these issues before signing a lease. Also I’m being nice by giving 2 stars.

  Move here if you are ok with loud pool takeovers. Security told me there was nothing they could do until it’s past 10. 🤷🏽‍♀️

  Current resident, was told I’d get a move in special and when I signed they said I actually didn’t qualify and acted like we never talked about it. They lied, would consider signing elsewhere if you’re looking for a new apartment

  Rented here back in 2020-2021 — probably under new ownership by now. But my experience living here was terrible. Very unsafe, cars constantly stolen or broken into (my car was broken into.) I was living with my partner at the time, he rented a storage unit which also got broken into, TWICE. When we complained they said there’s nothing they could do. They tried to charge me unnecessary move in fees, very loud neighbors that would party all through the night, hallways and stair wells were always nasty and smelled terribly like a dead animals. Again, we’d complain but nothing would ever be done. Do NOT recommend living here, you’re better off somewhere else! I know in the past they would bribe people to make good reviews with gifts or discounted rent. I dont know if they do that now, but keep in mind. Pay a little extra, save yourself some peace and live anywhere else!

  Quiero destacar la excelente atención de la señorita Crystal del conjunto de apartamentos Abstract Fue muy amable, profesional y atenta en todo momento. Respondió a todas mis preguntas con paciencia y siempre mostró una actitud cordial y dispuesta a ayudar. Gracias a su dedicación y buen servicio, la experiencia fue muy agradable. Sin duda los recomiendo al 100 .
