As a visitor, I was honestly shocked by the condition of this apartment. I’ve personally seen the issues inside, including the mold in the bathroom, and it’s not something I would consider acceptable for anyone to be living with. The apartment looks nice from the outside, but what I saw inside was a completely different story. I would seriously think twice before choosing to live here.

I would not recommend this apartment complex, especially if you expect maintenance issues to be handled in a reasonable amount of time. The maintenance team is extremely disappointing. Requests are either ignored, take far too long to be addressed, or require multiple follow-ups just to get someone to respond. When you’re paying rent every month, you should not have to repeatedly chase management and maintenance to get basic repairs completed. What makes it worse is the lack of urgency and communication. Residents deserve to know when someone is coming, what is being done, and when an issue will actually be resolved. Instead, you’re left waiting and wondering while the problem continues. A nice apartment means very little when you cannot depend on the people responsible for maintaining it. Reliable maintenance is part of what residents are paying for, not an optional service. Until this complex seriously improves its maintenance response time, communication, and accountability, I would recommend prospective residents look elsewhere.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way several maintenance issues have been handled at Abstract Design District. My bathroom/mold issue required three separate attempts before it was properly resolved. During the third attempt, I went approximately a week without receiving an update and ultimately had to track down maintenance myself to determine when the repair would happen. I also discovered a hole in my ceiling approximately six months after moving in while changing the AC filter. I was informed that it was related to work done before I moved in after the unit above flooded. The area had been opened to address the problem but was apparently never sealed afterward, leaving the hole there for months. I understand that maintenance issues can happen, but the lack of follow-through and communication has been extremely frustrating. Residents should not have to chase maintenance or feel like they need to accept unresolved problems as normal.
