- KCkitq coleMay 11, 20261.0Horrible HAVENT lived her a month leaks everywhere, rats really bad agreed ti let me out of my contract but didn’t tell me till the day before she wanted me to move out . Horrible managers literally had ti call the city just to get any thing fixed in here 0/10
- JGJamera GreenApr 11, 20261.0o Stars . PLEASE do not waste your time renting at this nasty bug filled and broken down townhouses. The AC IS BROKEN Every other day. I had to call the City of Dallas Code compliance before they fixed the AC and it was broken two days later. THE Roaches is horrible and there is not pest control . There was NO Hot WATER for almost a month mind you i only lived here for two months and I moved out . And Angela the property manager has a nasty attitude she got mad that i terminated the lease. They are trifling . DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY i have a lawyer and everything to sue this place.
