Their warmth and positive energy truly bring life to Highpark and make it feel like more than just an apartment community—it feels like home. They genuinely care about the residents and consistently go above and beyond to create a friendly and enjoyable place to live.

  Tina and Francisco are the reason why I decided to look no further. The moment I walked in and got to meet Tina she made me feel at home. She took her time showing me around. She never made me feel like I was compromised to apply right away. She was very patient with me and was always there every step of the way. I have no moved in and everything has been great. My apartment was spotless. Haven't been needed in much of maintenance but when I have they respond within minutes. I've heard horror stories about other apartments and their maintenance team and the team here is amazing. The amenities and everything make it feel like we live in a resort. I would hands down recommend this community. Thank you Tina and Francisco for helping me find my first home.
