- CGChelsea GlennDec 13, 20255.0I love this apartment a lot! My husband and I lived here 3 years ago and moved back since we have relocated to Cypress again. There was no doubt that we would want to be back here when we moved back to the area. We love the staff, the level of career for the property, the monthly community gatherings, quietness, convenient location, and the overall aesthetic of our unit. Out of all of the apartments we have lived at, this is our favorite. I told my husband recently that I do not want to move! I am fine with us staying here for a long while.

- CMC MJun 12, 20231.0ROACHES ALWAYS!!! Called office nothing happens. Five star reviews may seem great but these apartments really do suck. You truly get what you pay for which is ugly courtyard, janky gym, outside doors always broken and never secured, incompetent maintenance, roaches, terrible water pressure, old water heater and furnace everything is old, these apartments are old and could use a serious update but I’m sure they don’t have the money coming in to do so.I could go on. I knew what I was paying was cheap but also didn’t ask to find TEN PLUS roaches within my apartment in the last TWO MONTHS alone. Will be leaving this place as soon as possible.

Susie Is the worst all my years of life I’ve never dealt with anymore more Rude. They don’t care about the tenants only making the place look good to overcharge rent for a place it’s not worth it. This is the first time in my whole life I’ve ever left a review This is just how bad I think about this place. Over a month to get over AC fixed. The list is so long we’ll be here all day.
