  Angela is the best thing that has happened to this place! Definitely one of the reasons I continue to renew my lease! She’s always so kind when I go into the office. I highly recommend seeing Angela if you are looking for an apartment!

  Don’t ever live here. It was nice at first but office does not assist when you email or call. I have had added charges that I’ve had to talk to them about. Today, maintenance came in, used my restroom and didn’t leave it the way they found it, also turned on AC without consent. I feel violated because they did not have permission to do either while being alone in my apartment. It’s my apartment that I pay for, not the maintenance man who doesn’t contribute to my bills.

  I have lived in Cypress for 8 years now and the moment I came to Color Nails, I was treated with such excellent service and customer service as well. I come every 2 weeks since 8 years ago. Love the atmosphere and all the staff is great. Wouldn’t trade this location for any other. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  I haven’t moved in yet, but my experience with the leasing team has been extraordinary. It is unfortunate that while searching for an apartment you don’t run into too many places where people are very personable. But the team at the Carrington has been nothing short of amazing. Amanda took me on my tour. She was thorough, patient, answered all of my question, allowed me to take my time, invited my son into the conversation and gave us the space to truly invision our lives at the property. It was close to closing time.m, but I didn’t feel rushed or pushed out. It felt like I got her best even at the end of her shift. I came back to see a vacant unit to make sure I wasn’t just wowed by the model, and Angela took me on my second tour. She was Great! She asked me deeper questions, made me feel welcome and made me feel like she truly cared about my concerns. The property is not small lol and I wanted to be considerate of her bc we had to walk a ways, but she was so glad to assist me and take me to the two vacant units we seen. I felt very comfortable with her. As we were walking around I couldn’t help but notice how well the up keep on the property was. And when I mentioned to Angela she told me Oscar is the maintenance man responsible to the upkeep. A good maintenance team is SO IMPORTANT to me while looking for a place to live for my family and I. OF COURDE I LEASED!! Lol I look forward to being a part of this community. I am truly thankful for the experience. Bc let’s be real apartment hunting SUCKS! lol I am glad we found our next place to call home.

  I just have to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Angela for such an amazing experience! From start to finish, she was nothing but professional, kind, and genuinely caring. She made everything feel so smooth and stress-free, and you can really tell she takes pride in what she does. What stood out the most was her attention to detail and the way she made me feel comfortable and valued the entire time. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond the way Angela does. If you ever get the chance to work with her, don’t hesitate—you’re in great hands.
