  The entrance gate hasn’t worked in the year I’ve been here, my car was broken into by another resident, and tickets are closed without actually fixing things. After maybe 6 tickets, My dishwasher has never worked, either. The pool is nice but it was closed most of summer. When I went to the office about my car being broken into, the office manager was just making out with her man and told me to wait. It was pretty disturbing since it was in the lobby but more so because it showed they don’t care about the residents. Bugs and spiders are a huge problem. The video is right outside my door. There are about 20 spiders around the doorframe. THE MAINTENANCE WILL USE WHATEVER AND PUT THE A/C TO THEIR LIKING!!!! This is NOT okay!!!

  The garbage outside on the wall is hazardous and not safe to the Community. I've never seen such a thing in my life and I'm 70.🤔🤔🫣🫣

  I lived here years ago, and I am now returning. The complex has aged, of course, but still in relatively nice condition. My experience with the leasing office so far has been great with Angela, Amanda, and Olga being fair to my requests and quick to respond to my questions and concerns thus far - not to mention they are very friendly as well. I would also like to highlight how transparent and honest the staff was in helping me chose an apartment out of the available options - by giving me the positives and negatives each apartment/unit offered. For the area, and the rental rates, I am more than happy with my decision to return here.

  We lived here from 2024-2026 and our experience was not great. Took me 6 months to get my key fob to use the automatic gate, pool and gym access. The office workers were terrible until I wrote a bad review and immediately they were in contact about getting me my key fob. My roommate’s car was broken into and vandalized, they stole his tires off his car and the office replied, too bad so sad and couldn’t do anything because of the lack of security on the property. Residents light fireworks and leave mess in the parking lots. Mold kept growing in the bathroom ceiling, it gave me bronchitis. We had to get three washing machine replacements because they kept giving cheap machines that broke after one week, ended up at the laundromat often. Moving out we worked for weeks to clean the place up, filled every hole. We couldn’t afford to be charged any move out costs. They told us not to worry about painting since they paint after each resident, yet now I’m sitting with a $300 charge for them to paint the place. This place is a scam and just fyi living in this area will make your car insurance shoot sky high.
