  I moved in less than a month ago, and honestly, I am desperately ready for this lease to end. As someone who really values cleanliness, this has been a frustrating experience, especially because I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Pros: * The area is absolutely perfect for me. * I have a beautiful, relaxing view from my balcony. * The community seems very diverse, which I appreciate. * The move-in process was easy, and the staff has been friendly so far. Cons: The condition of my unit at move-in was disappointing. The previous tenant’s pet hair was everywhere, including hair that was literally painted onto the baseboards. The carpet was not clean either. I spent hours cleaning the apartment and even rented a carpet cleaner. The refrigerator was also nasty, and the sink has a slow drain. After I cleaned I felt relieved. Then came the roach issue. My child actually had a roach crawling on her, and I later found another roach inside the microwave!! I have never experienced anything like this before, and as someone who places a high value on cleanliness, I am really unhappy with the experience. I will say that the community does offer weekly pest-control service, and I plan to take advantage of that in hopes that it resolves the issue. I’m hoping things improve because the location, diversity, and friendly staff are all positives. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and pest issues have overshadowed those positives so far. Less than a month in, and I’m already counting down until this lease is over.

  The Management here is very nice and kind. However, being in Towne Lake I feel the upkeep/updates could be better if aligned with the neighborhood that surrounds around the complex.

  The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate your request. I’ve been here two and half years and I am glad i chose this as my home !

  Overall, the apartments are nice, but the complex has a big problem with residents, not cleaning up their dogs poop. It’s honestly really gross and really annoying. Every time you walk outside it smells like crap.
