  We have been here since February. Our upstairs neighbors have dogs that are not in the lease. We have recorded the extensive noise from the dogs barking & whining, vacuuming the hardwood floors at the 10:30pm. Kid running from room to room and diving on the floor, repeatedly. We have reported all of this and management does nothing. Call the off-duty officer who says “call the leasing office.” Do not move here! This place looks nice but TRASH! Definitely not LUXURY living!

  Valerie L. helped my husband and I through our leasing process and she has been amazing! She is super friendly and very professional! She made the process very easy and explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions even after moving in. Very exceptional work!! We are enjoying our new home 💖

  I had a great experience with this apartment community from beginning to end. The whole process was smooth, professional, and handled in a timely manner, which made moving a lot less stressful. Maressa, the Assistant Property Manager, was a huge help throughout everything. She stayed on top of things, answered all my questions, kept me updated, and made sure everything was taken care of without any issues. I really appreciated how easy she was to work with and how responsive she was whenever I needed something. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and the level of customer service I received. Maressa went above and beyond, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. I’d recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live.

  I had a great experience with this apartment community from start to finish. The entire process was handled professionally and in a timely manner, which made everything much less stressful. Maressa, the Assistant Property Manager, was especially helpful, responsive, and communicative throughout the process. She was patient with all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure everything was taken care of efficiently. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience and truly appreciate the excellent customer service. Maressa’s professionalism and willingness to help made a lasting impression, and I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home!

  Mi experiencia viviendo en esta comunidad ha sido, sin duda, la más bonita que he tenido hasta el momento. Aunque solamente tuve la oportunidad de vivir aquí durante un año por motivos personales, sin duda me habría quedado muchos años más si todo hubiese continuado de la misma manera. Durante mi estancia, todo funcionó a la perfección. El apartamento siempre estuvo en excelentes condiciones y la propiedad se mantuvo limpia, organizada y es un lugar muy tranquilo, ideal para sentirse cómodo y en paz. Los pocos problemas que pude tener, que fueron situaciones normales del día a día, siempre fueron atendidos y resueltos al instante. Quiero destacar especialmente al personal de mantenimiento y al equipo de la oficina, quienes siempre estuvieron al pendiente de cada detalle, preocupándose tanto por el bienestar de los residentes como por el cuidado y la calidad del condominio. El personal de la oficina siempre busca la manera de crear un ambiente agradable para los residentes, motivándonos con diferentes actividades y detalles que ayudan a formar una comunidad más unida y especial. Siempre demostraron amabilidad, profesionalismo y una gran disposición para ayudar. En fin, quiero agradecer a todo el equipo por hacer de mi estancia una experiencia tan especial. En especial a Marcelina, quien fue la persona que nos ayudó durante nuestro proceso de mudanza y desde el primer momento nos atendió con mucha amabilidad, paciencia y profesionalismo, haciéndonos sentir bienvenidas en esta comunidad. Me voy con muchísima gratitud y con los mejores recuerdos de este lugar. Recomiendo esta comunidad con total confianza a cualquier persona que esté buscando un hogar tranquilo, bien cuidado y con un excelente equipo humano. ¡Gracias por todo!
