- JBJohnathan BrownAug 26, 20261.0Could be a great place to be but not sure because of salesman misinformation. Mislead on many levels leaving me and the mortgage team very confused. Ended up backing out because I was told I was not contractually obligated and was free to. Only to find out that I somehow am! Eventhough we have no intention of buying the home we still have to proceed with a secondary lender ? Or else we don’t get our money back??? What sense does that make ?? WE DO NOT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE HOME OR ITS SALESPEOPLE. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK .
