  I’m currently a resident living at Enclave, and unfortunately my experience here has been nothing but bitter since the first week I was living here. I wasn’t set up with the proper tools to register my vehicles. I went ahead and took matters to my own hands to register the cars but I wasn’t given the resident access by the leasing office so the request were going through as non approved causing me to get towed TWICE. Since then I’ve reached out to the leasing office about trash problems, and they completely ignored me and my concerns. I bypassed all of that and still referred this property to my friend and they told me they walked into the office and received POOR customer service by the assistant manager. They have not leased all the units because of the lack of customer service you’ll call to inquire about apartments and they blow you off like they win from leasing… I learned my lesson don’t lease here.

  Living here has been okay overall, but there are a couple of ongoing issues that really need attention. The trash situation is a big one—there is only one trash area for the entire complex, and it’s almost always overflowing, which is frustrating for residents and makes the property feel poorly maintained. On top of that, you can often smell the treatment plant next door, which can be unpleasant at times. Adding more trash areas and addressing these concerns would really improve the living experience here.

  I recently moved into the community and want to give a huge thank you to Karen, the Assistant Manager, for making the entire experience so smooth and welcoming. From the first interaction, Karen was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Moving can be stressful, but she made everything feel easy and well organized. She was always quick to respond to my questions, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly stood out. Karen’s dedication to residents really shows, and I’m so grateful for the support she provided during my move-in. If this is the level of service here, I’m confident I made the right choice moving into this community!
