  My daughter has been living here for a week & they refuse to fix her water heater among other things. Her water smells like rotten eggs & maintenance promised to fix it but never showed up along with fixing everything else wrong. Office just said "we'll follow up on it" but obviously didn't. She can't cook, shower or do anything that requires using water. Already been advised to call corporate & file a complaint with the city.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE. They overcharge for what they are worth. Most things like trash valet, pest control, the pool, all fake promises to get you to pay more. I repeatedly put in work orders that never got fixed and when we moved out they added them to my bill. 100% would never come back or recommend anyone even come near this place.

  If I could give this a zero star I would. Maintenance requests sit for 4 months then finally come out to half way fix it. AC has been out for 3 weeks and they will “return” to fix it and never have. Garbage disposal stopped working and the sink won’t drain so haven’t been able to use a kitchen sink for a week. They CLOSE the work orders on their end to show them being completed but never show up to fix them. Maintenance guys ride around on their golf carts drinking/smoking loading their trucks with their fishing gear and NEVER getting work done. The 2nd bathroom is supposed to be remodeled but is not and they won’t come fix it. The ceiling in it has mold and water stains from a leak in the unit above. When moving in, the unit was not even walked by management, the vents had mold all in them, refrigerator has filthy with left over food stains/dead gnats everywhere. Dishwasher had sitting water with gnats and mold. Did not have a working stove/oven. Was without appliances for 3 weeks. Living here has been absolute hell. And then the office has the audacity to ask me to renew?? HELL NO. Do not live here, all the positive reviews are false advertising

  Worst place ever! Maintenance just rides around and ignores work orders. My mom has been without an oven going in two months! This is ridiculous. Please don’t rent from here. If you end up with rats, maintenance doesn’t care. My mom got cats to get rid of the rat problem herself. I’m going to contact corporate and the media over this. This is shameful.

  We have been waiting months for our 4 work orders to be completed, keep getting told they’ll come by and still don’t. Always passing by maintenance while they are drinking/smoking in broad daylight.
