  Ever since Catrina stepped into that office and became a team member, I feel like the community here has become alot better. Her and Alexis make a great team. The way she handles any issue in a timely matter has definitely been a big help. She welcomes you with the biggest smile when you walk in that office and takes the time to listen to whatever issue you may bring and definitely takes the time to come up with solutions for you.

  Great Front Desk Experience I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Alexis and Katrina at the front desk! They are both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They make you feel comfortable and genuinely take the time to listen and assist with anything you need. Their professionalism and positive attitudes really make a difference. I truly appreciate everything they do and feel lucky to have such great front desk staff at my apartments! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I can't say enough good things about Catrina! She truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment. She listened to exactly what I needed, never rushed me during tours, and handled all of my moving-day questions with patience and a great attitude. Exceptional customer service! Definitely recommend working with Catrina on finding your next apartment!

  Goddamn AI responses to these shit reviews. THEY HAVE NO POOLS. THEY ARE LIARS AND REFUSE TO REMOVE THE PICTURES SO EDITING TO ADD THEM. Also the "property manager" is very rude and nonchalant about issues. Asked if i wanted to leave notice to vacate. No need. With the infestation and apartment issues documented i can break lease and leave no notice at all if I wanted to. They don't care they'll keep getting people's money. They know poor people are moving here. These apartments are clearly where you move when you need to get back on your feet. Its simply the price of rent and no application fee charge that attracts people. We had a leak that soaked our carpets for the first 2 weeks and only when I went and declared it an emergency did they fix it and call carpet cleaning services cause I put a work order in every single day. Yes they mark orders complete when theyre not because there's plenty of mold in the water heater closet they did nothing about. The "vintage" side is just the ghetto section 8 looking side we were supposed to live on but thank God we got a roach infested apartment on the "renovated" side. My stove is so old the burners take forever to heat up. I have fogged the place, put roach bait out, roach traps, they sprayed then the exterminator really wanted a deep spray cause it's just clear how infested the place is. Even after that theyre still everywhere especially the kitchen in our microwave, oven, cabinets, and our food. No fire extinguisher or smoke alarms or mail key for half the mail boxes. Alexis should get into real estate instead cause she's better than this property. Cant wait to get back on our feet and get out of here.

  I’ve really enjoyed my experience living here\. The apartment is comfortable, the community is nice, and overall it’s been a great place to call home\. Catrina has also been amazing throughout the leasing process\. She is friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer any questions or help when needed\. I truly appreciate everything she has done and would definitely recommend living here!
