  I currently live here and I live in one of the large one bedroom. It takes them forever to fix things and they blame being understaffed the reason. They never answer the phone most of the time when I call and sometimes they mark the work orders as completed even when they are not. My apartment had never been treated for roaches in the entire time I've been here and white I told them and left service requests. Usually there is someone home to allow the pest control person in, if I am not. Now we have a bigger concern than the roaches. They say, "We will put you on the schedule.."We've discovered bed bugs which I have emailed and sent service requests about. I pay about 1K a month with fees and the bills they tack on. I cant afford to get bed bug treatments on my own dime. And it's making us hard to sleep and such. We are considering moving but we have nowhere lined up

  Updating because management replied. Walk around the entire apartment complex, there is plenty to see. As a matter of fact scroll through the reviews then take a look at all the complaints, I'm sure they are all on file. Have a nice day. These apartments are trash. Someone should call the News & Health Department. Run-down, never follow up with work orders. Maintenance can not keep up or even follow-up with work orders. Office hours are posted & there is nobody there during those hours that are posted. Doors are locked while multiple residents are waiting outside to speak to someone. WHO IS RUNNING THIS PLACE?
