  I would only give a star because Shawn our seller was amazing and sweet as can be now as far as the Mobil home if I could give 0 I would we have had trouble with this trailer from day 1 for starters the trailer we ordered was not the one we received I will say however it was similar and not to bad now here is how the trouble started we have lived in this trailer for 9 years and every year we have had to replace crap heck seem like every other week since the day we bought it the inside was made sloppy from the shower not being caulked correctly to our shower lines leaking then to the major one we noticed one of the bedroom roof had sagging and so we called the insurance and they came out there exact works were there was loose nails through out the roof and that we need to call manufacturer and so we did manufacture told us it was not there problem to call insurance we went back and forth and neither of them were help mind u at that time our trailer wasn’t but a couple years old then another problem our water heater gave out had to replace that mind you this was when the trailer was only few years old I know stuff has to get replaced and fix to maintenance our home but for it to not be that old and have as many problems if I could go back I would not have purchased this home now mind you Shawn the seller was super helpful and kind it’s the actual manufacturer and the way the home is made that is not up to a good standard and I know they will probably say oh we have no record of your visit blah so please gives us a call and honestly that is a bunch of baloney because all they are going to do is take another review and act like they are helping to make it look good but in the end won’t do anything to fix the problem ugh so annoying 🙃😔

  Service was amazing. Gloria Perez was the one that handled my paperwork very sweet, very kind very understanding and definitely explained every single step in detail always reassured me and was very pleasing to talk with. Also, the manager Mario was very sweet as well if you’re looking to get into a home, they are the people for you❤️

  My husband and I have been trying to buy a home since August 2025...we have been to a few places and none of them compare to the upmost hospitality we received from Gloria Perez at Clayton Homes in Corpus Christi TX....Gloria was very friendly, helpful and understanding to our needs and wants in a home...we are forever grateful to her....if you need a home go see Gloria she will make sure you leave happy 🥰🥰

  Okay, first let me start by saying my husband and I are incredibly grateful for Clayton and their team here in Corpus. We decided January 1st 2021 that we were tired of renting, with our rent constantly going up. We had some land available and we decided to look into getting a manufactured home. We of course shopped around and did our due diligence and a gut feeling led us back to Clayton. We had met with Brittany around the 2nd of January, Clayton was actually the first place we looked, we told her our price range and what we were wanting and she showed us. Also, she didn’t try to push us into anything that we couldn’t afford which is a rare find in the sales industry and we are grateful for that. The next week we shopped around all over Corpus, San Antonio, Victoria, Dallas, basically all Texas and everything told us to go back to Clayton. Monday, January 11th we went back to tour the home we were interested in and decided to go ahead and move forward. We discussed the issues with our credit with them (are credit is considered “okay”) and they recommended the best banks to apply for. Vanderbilt is who we ended up going with. Within two days we had our pre approval from Vanderbilt and there needed to be some adjustments with our monthly payment, The Clayton team was quick to jump on it and got things done and made it so that the bank would approve. We closed on January 26th. The home was delivered two days later because we bought one from the lot instead of ordering from the factory. We expressed to them that we really wanted to be in by the first if possible we understood that the utilities were all on our end but we were ready to go. I have to say they really did their part everything was ready to go by Saturday for us except for the inside trim out and they were out first thing Monday morning to get that done for us. We hooked up our electrical and plumbing and then Tuesday they were out delivering our AC and hooking it up. From the team they used to deliver the homes to the team that blocks and levels it and the people that come clean are all amazing. I will forever recommend this company to anybody that’s looking to purchase a Manufactured Home. I really feel like they went out of their way to get us into our home in the time frame we wanted, they went above and beyond. The manager Mario is super professional and honest and easy to work with our sales rep Brittany was also amazing, she was on top of everything communicating with the bank back-and-forth, dealing with our 1 million questions that we always seemed to have. They turned something that was initially super stressful and overwhelming into a smooth process. And for that we will be forever grateful. So please please please if you are in the market for a manufactured home do yourself a favor and come check them out!
