  I would only give a star because Shawn our seller was amazing and sweet as can be now as far as the Mobil home if I could give 0 I would we have had trouble with this trailer from day 1 for starters the trailer we ordered was not the one we received I will say however it was similar and not to bad now here is how the trouble started we have lived in this trailer for 9 years and every year we have had to replace crap heck seem like every other week since the day we bought it the inside was made sloppy from the shower not being caulked correctly to our shower lines leaking then to the major one we noticed one of the bedroom roof had sagging and so we called the insurance and they came out there exact works were there was loose nails through out the roof and that we need to call manufacturer and so we did manufacture told us it was not there problem to call insurance we went back and forth and neither of them were help mind u at that time our trailer wasn’t but a couple years old then another problem our water heater gave out had to replace that mind you this was when the trailer was only few years old I know stuff has to get replaced and fix to maintenance our home but for it to not be that old and have as many problems if I could go back I would not have purchased this home now mind you Shawn the seller was super helpful and kind it’s the actual manufacturer and the way the home is made that is not up to a good standard and I know they will probably say oh we have no record of your visit blah so please gives us a call and honestly that is a bunch of baloney because all they are going to do is take another review and act like they are helping to make it look good but in the end won’t do anything to fix the problem ugh so annoying 🙃😔

  Service was amazing. Gloria Perez was the one that handled my paperwork very sweet, very kind very understanding and definitely explained every single step in detail always reassured me and was very pleasing to talk with. Also, the manager Mario was very sweet as well if you’re looking to get into a home, they are the people for you❤️

  Subject: Urgent Assistance Required To whom it may concern, Firstly, I want to highlight the exceptional customer service. The team is professional and knowledgeable. We worked with Sean and Mario during our purchase, and they excel in their roles. Unfortunately, we have yet to experience the joy of calling it “Home Sweet Home”. The entire process from delivery to setting it up has been a nightmare. We never had the opportunity to see the actual mobile home being delivered. The trailer we received resembled a repossessed or used mobile home; even though we were assured that it was brand new. Additionally, the workmanship of the mobile home has been subpar. This review aims to raise awareness about the manufacturing process and how problems that occurred before, during, and after delivery are addressed. During our inspection of the mobile, we encountered a number of concerning issues. Such as, the dining room ceiling exhibited an unsightly crack, detracting from the overall aesthetic. Additionally, there were various areas where caulking around the sinks and drains had deteriorated suggesting a lack of maintenance. We noticed that both the front and back doors failed to close properly, which could be a security risk. The bedroom doors also struggled to latch creating a frustrating experience. Nails were carelessly protruding from under the cabinets, posing a potential hazard. The water heater showed signs of damage, and the refrigerator was similarly affected, indicating neglect or wear over time. In the bathroom, the drains appeared to be problematic and we observed flickering light fixtures whenever the electrical outlets were in use, hinting at underlying electrical issues. Overall, the mobile home presented a long list of maintenance concerns that would require immediate attention. First and foremost, we need to contact the seller; however, it seems that the department responsible for handling work orders is often unavailable leaving no one else able to address the issues or we are just being ignored. Initially, they sent out their crew multiple times, but the job was never completed satisfactorily. Eventually, they contacted their manufacturer team to come and attempt repairs. As of now, the mobile home still has numerous defects in workmanship. A year later, we have made several attempts, to resolve these concerns. We have contacted the local office of Clayton Homes in Corpus Christi, Texas and the distributors of the mobile home. We've also left several voice mails and messages with those who answer the phones, but we have not yet received a response. This situation has been ongoing since the beginning of the purchase and has become increasingly overwhelming and stressful. Therefore, we are reaching out in this form to find out who else we can contact for assistance in addressing our concerns. These are only some of the photos, there's many more that we can provide. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  Shawn was amazing. We have never looked at these types of homes and he helped us have all the information we needed to know and made sure all our questions were answered. Very polite, personable, and professional man.

  I was ready to buy land and home. I had an appointment with Gloria who said she had "lots" of land possibilities and many homes in my price range ($60k). When we got there Gloria was rude from the start. She was unprepared for our appointment and only showed 2 land options that were both overpriced and undesirable. I politely told her I was dissapointed but asked her to browse more land possibilities. She was flustered but I persevered. I asked her about land home financing options. Suddenly she told me to get out that she had never been so rudely treated. !! I said I had not intended to be rude and asked specifically what had I done to upset her so. All she wanted was for me to leave. I guess I just asked too many questions. I went to another Corpus Christi home dealer and was treated like a friend. Too bad for you, Clayton. Gloria totally cost you a sale.
