Living here has been extremely frustrating and not worth the rent. There have been repeated issues with the property that never seem to improve. Water is constantly shut off to buildings without proper notice, which makes daily living inconvenient and stressful. There also appears to be a roach problem that has not been effectively addressed despite ongoing complaints. Package delivery is another major issue. The package room is unreliable, and residents often cannot retrieve their packages or experience delays and disorganization that make it unusable. On top of that, building alarms go off in the middle of the night with no clear explanation or communication, disrupting sleep and raising concerns about safety and management responsiveness. Overall, the property feels poorly managed and disorganized, with too many recurring problems and not enough accountability or improvement.

Place has been really disappointing. Beautiful views and great potential but the grounds are trash. (Literally) People leave trash outside their doors and in the breezeways. The gates to both entrances are broken. Cars getting broken into. Hardly anyone picks up after their dog. Big dumpsters are over flowing on a regular basis. The grounds are never blown out by the lawn guys. They can’t even spray the weeds growing out of the roadways. Too expensive to live in a place that looks like the projects. I’d give it a minus stars if I could.

I would not recommend staying here. They made everything sound great when we were signing the lease, but after moving in, we’ve had multiple issues. Our garbage disposal has been broken for almost a month. We’ve reported it twice, and no one has come to fix it. Yesterday, they marked the request as “completed” without fixing anything. Their only explanation is that they’re short-staffed, which is unacceptable.

My apartment caught on fire November 23, 2025. It was of no fault of my own; fire investigators ruled it as caused by outdoor electrical unit. My bedroom wall was axed down in order to put out the fire. It is April and they haven’t done a single thing to repair. The unit they moved me to is outdated, and a complete downgrade from the unit I was originally in, yet they’re charging me the same price. FRAUD is the only thing I can come up with as to why no repairs have been made. I use their renters insurance, which is ONLY to cover them and the building… so why has nothing been done? Thank god I was home that morning. I was asleep and woke up to smoke everywhere. My smoke detectors never alarmed. I have audio and video proof from my indoor camera, which my lawyer is thankful for. If I wasn’t home, my dog would have died. There was smoke everywhere when it woke me up, and it got bad so fast. The fire was inside my bedroom wall. All my stuff was ruined by the smoke. They refused to get me and my dog a hotel for that night as my apartment was destroyed. It was traumatic and I thank god me and my dog were okay, as well as everyone else in the building. The alarm for the building never went off until I had to manually pull it so everyone would evacuate. The apartment they stuck me in has a broken closet door, and laundry door, and the front door has a huge gap (doesn’t fit in the frame), so I live with roaches and lizards. Even tho I have asked for help with this, I am just lied to and ignored. Always being told “tomorrow” by Lisa… “Tomorrow.” I’ve heard that word since November… no help to this day. These people are heartless and could care less about the tenants, especially their safety. Don’t let the views fool you.
