  Shouts to Kory and Carlos from maintenance very hard workers helped me throw away a lot of extra things i didn’t need during my big move huge salute to them!! So far so good

  I’ve been living at the Heyward since July, and I just want to take a moment to say how grateful I am to be part of this community. From the beginning, the staff have been so friendly, kind, and helpful. They always make me feel welcome and truly at home here. Chrissie, Mike, Andrew, and Cirilo are such a wonderful team, and I really appreciate the care they show to the residents every day. I also want to give a special thank you to the behind-the-scenes team—Korey, Alicia, and Carlos. They work diligently every day to keep our building clean, neat, and fresh, and their efforts definitely don’t go unnoticed. It’s easy to appreciate the beautiful building, but it’s the people who make it feel like home. I’m genuinely thankful for everyone who helps make the Heyward such a warm and welcoming place to live.   I really like living here at these apartments, the amenities are nice, community is nice and safe and the move in promotion was great but will most likely (hopefully not) go up a couple hundred dollars at the end of my lease. But my absolute biggest complaint that frustrates me very much is the parking. Parking is horrendous. If you are not home before 9pm depending on the building, you will have to park far from where you usually should be able to. I mainly think it’s because there is no registration so there are money cars here that may not even live here. I don’t think the parking was accommodated for properly during construction and it’s a shame because it is so frustrating finding a spot at night. Other than that it’s a great place to live at from what I’ve noticed so far.

  Love this Apartment. Very secure with coded entrance. Modern kitchen with lots of cabinets. Open floor plan large kitchen island, washer & dryer a plus. Plenty of storage. Drinking morning coffee while sitting out on the balcony is a great way to start the day or sitting out there in the evening is relaxing. The elevator was mandatory for us, so thankful for the convenience.

  I came into this property and was met by Mike! He has a huge smile and he’s very pleasant. I think it truly matters who you see when you come in and who greets you. The property was flawless and super clean. We made a hot drink and went on our tour. I absolutely loved the property and so glad I was able to come check it out. I’ll be back Mike! Thank you again for being so welcoming. I’m sure I can call this home soon. I love the huge ones with the tv on the patios by the way. And the kitchen, the door locks!
