  Everything was great. I contacted the office to make sure they got the request and it wasn’t long after that someone came and took care of the issue.

  There’s been a wasp/hornet nest in the call box for 3 weeks going on a month now it’s huge and full of them. After office staff being told about it multiple times they haven’t taken it down. Kind of odd seeing that if someone is stung that will be a lawsuit.

  I've just renewed our lease again!!! We've really enjoyed living here, especially with the new management team now in place. You can tell they genuinely care about improving the community and listening to residents. Compared to the previous management, communication has been much better, maintenance requests are handled more quickly, and the property overall feels more organized and well cared for. The new team has already made several positive changes that have noticeably improved the living experience, and it’s great to see management taking pride in the community again. The staff has been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance. I’m excited to see the continued improvements and appreciate the effort they’re putting into making this a better place to live.
