  I've just renewed our lease again!!! We've really enjoyed living here, especially with the new management team now in place. You can tell they genuinely care about improving the community and listening to residents. Compared to the previous management, communication has been much better, maintenance requests are handled more quickly, and the property overall feels more organized and well cared for. The new team has already made several positive changes that have noticeably improved the living experience, and it’s great to see management taking pride in the community again. The staff has been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance. I’m excited to see the continued improvements and appreciate the effort they’re putting into making this a better place to live.

  Very very satisfied everyone is kind and Morgan absolutely rocks!! I have had a great experience overall since being here for 7 years I have never encountered any major difficulties despite what some people complain about. I know that everyone is entitled to their opinions but things such as the train railway system is totally out of Oak Riverchase properties control and in my opinion it is not super noticeable at all and I was here before the construction project and comparing having the best of both worlds it is not much different than before. I feel very safe here it is clean and very welcoming, it is diverse, we are treated well with occasional food trucks property events and I have never had an unfriendly neighbor during my entire stay! I’m here to stay! Shout out to The 3 M’s Morgan Monica and Megan! Great Job!

  Oakside Riverchase has amazing customer service! If you were looking for a great communication, ask for Megan! From the moment we stepped through the door to doing the tours she was nothing but amazing. We did not end up choosing this property to live at, however, if it was up to me and the property was a little bit more updated I would definitely choose here. The outside grounds are up kept very well, the staff is friendly, just needs renovation. No stainless steel appliances, no new door locks, just outdated.

  Don’t waste your time. Or money. We lived here for a little over a year and it was a miserable time. Staff is friendly and the residents are fairly quiet. That’s about it for the pros. Within a 15 month span, we lost either water or hot water 20 times. Some for days on end. We didn’t have hot water the week of Christmas. They would announce on Friday at 5pm saying water is being shut off for “emergency repairs” and we would have no way of knowing if it was back on other than just constantly checking. They also never offered reimbursement. We paid for pest control and never once saw them. We had issues with ants and when someone finally came, they told us to spray windex on them and left since they “couldn’t see them”. We had rats in the walls that ate through cabinetry. We had no notification of the DART line being built so we were greeted with train horns non stop. After moving, we gave them a forwarding address and they have already lost one of my packages. Again, friendly staff but that’s about it. Don’t waste your time or money.
