  Don’t steal, don’t commit crime! Or get caught, don’t trust the property manager! Morganne underwood stole from her tenants, then tried to say it was “a gift from god” yeah I don’t think god say “steal from your tenants”

  We recommended Oaks Riverchase for referral for friends looking for apartment in that area. They indicated Morganne was SO knowledgeable and such a blessing to work with! I spoke to her on the phone and she was a delight, provided me with details and the staff is great. Thank you Morganne as I believe when they move they are picking this complex!

  BE AWARE!!!! DONT RENT HERE!!!!! The manager that works there Morganne , stole from my family property. It was caught on camera, she ended up getting arrested. Shame on you!!!!! Here’s proof of the crime, mug shot!

  The management team at these apartments is great. Megan is such a sweetheart and was truly the person who welcomed me to the property and made me want to live here simply because of her warm and welcoming demeanor. While the apartments and amenities are a little on the outdated side, the property itself is safe, clean and quiet. Most importantly, the ladies who run this property are doing a great job. They are friendly, helpful, and genuinely make you feel welcomed. Good management can make such a difference, and I really appreciate the team here!

  Moving into a new apartment can be stressful, but the entire team here made the transition absolutely seamless. A huge thank you to the leasing team Jasmine, Megan and manager Monica for being so helpful, welcoming, and communicative throughout the entire application and move-in process. Once I moved in, the excellent service continued. I noticed a few minor things that needed attention, and the maintenance technician, Xavier handled them immediately. The work was incredibly well done, efficient, and professional. It is a huge relief to live in a community where both management and maintenance care so much about their residents. 5 stars all around!"
