  The women in the office were very nice. My job is very demanding and they good time out of their personal schedule to help me. I will give them 10 Stars if I could.

  The office staff. Wendy and Marisol are doing wonderful with dealing with the tenants. I can't find any complaint against either of them. They are wonderful and they treat you with respect

  Need to make it more presentable to visitors. And inform us before shutting off the water. Very quiet and very safe Is a plus

  I work very hard to keep my home looking nice. I respect, value my home. We were promised that homes must be kept up,grass mowed, no tarps of any kind on porches, nothing on lawns thrown around yard and homes must have blinds. I love where I live and respect my community family and management. Our rent lots are increasing in times when things are so extremely expensive. I know as a whole community we can help one another grow and protect Converse Meadows Thank you for taking the time to allow us the opportunity to share our opinions. Respectfully, Cynthis Kauffman

  Great service, warm helpful personnel working here. Nice pool, new playground, freshly fixed roads and good attention to maintenance.
