  i currently live here and had some issues the first 2 weeks of living here. our ac wasn’t working while we were moving in, our dryer wasn’t working, the apartment was dirty, the counter is basically lifting in the kitchen. i have a cat and i lost her for almost two days because she was in a random hole she found under our bathroom sink. my husband was able to cover the hole. and the outside(walk pathways, the parking) is kinda dirty. you would think they would have someone pressure wash the areas or something. but it’s understandable with the low prices. the pool is great, the grill is very dirty, and the hot tub is a perfect hot. just wish it looked a little decent.

  The apartment itself is nice, and the price is reasonable. However, there is an ongoing roach infestation that does not seem to be improving. I moved in recently and have only been here a short time, yet I have already seen multiple roaches in my apartment, despite being on the second floor. I also know that other residents have experienced the same issue. Unfortunately, the current pest control measures do not seem to be effective. I have a significant fear of roaches, and if I had known this was an ongoing issue before moving in, I likely would have chosen a different complex. Aside from the pest issue, I have had a generally decent experience with the complex. I would be happy to update this review to 4 or 5 stars if the roach problem is addressed and there is a noticeable improvement. I hope management will take this concern seriously and consider a more effective long-term solution.

  The Reston is the place to live. Fast service when you have a maintenance emergency. My air conditioner went out. I called maintenance at 7am that morning, left a message, phone rang right away, not even five minutes. Maintenance came within an hour and solved the problem. Management is also is very prompt anytime I needed paperwork completed, or was done. Great amenities and I feel safe living here; gates always secure.

  Derek is absoultly amazing,if i put in a maintenace request he shows up almost instantly,hes so polite and all around awesome,he feel like an old friend you van trust,he fixes everything pefectly and in a timley manner ,reston apts are lucky to have such an amazing maintenace man to take care of all the residence with such care.thank you shona mitchel.

  We have truly enjoyed our time at The Reston Apartments. From the very beginning of our lease, everyone on the staff has been welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. Mr. Adrian in the leasing office has been professional, responsive, and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. Mr. Derek on the maintenance team has also been outstanding—he is prompt, knowledgeable, and always makes sure any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. It’s been a great experience living here, and we truly appreciate the excellent customer service and care the entire team provides. We highly recommend The Reston Apartments to anyone looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares about their residents.
