  The leasing staff genuinely cares about the residents. When we had a maintenance emergency not too long ago, they were very responsive and communicative to get our issue resolved.

  honestly other reviews probably aren’t wrong, there’s definitely issues at these apartments. The walls are thin, it’s not built very good, the laundry room is scary, the parking lot probably needs redone, and you’ll have to do a deep clean when you move in. However, the current office staff is outstanding and I’ve had MINIMAL issues for real. Getting the apartment wasnt a stressful experience, they worked with us. They are timely, understanding, and have helped me in every situation. If you have any issues, they address them fast. I see a lot of people complaining about roaches, which is valid, but it’s definitely gone down as the office has been working at getting rid of that problem. Truthfully, great apartments if you can overlook certain things. Theres a cute park, gazebo area, dog park, pool, and gym that are hardly ever busy, as well as TONS of big parking spots. The pros just outweigh the cons in my opinion. Every apartment is going to have faults, but at least here you know what you’re getting, unlike other places who are just trying to get your money. I would definitely recommend checking these out to see if it’s something you might like.

  I absolutely loved living here! I really don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. The office staff and maintenance team have always been incredibly attentive and quick to address any concerns. I also really enjoy the resident events – they’re a great way to meet neighbors and have fun. Overall, my experience has been nothing short of excellent.
