I recently moved out of this apartment complex, and unfortunately, my experience was far below what I would consider acceptable for the amount of rent being charged. The living conditions became, at times, borderline unlivable. From the day we moved in, there were already significant issues with the condition of the unit. The apartment was incredibly dirty from the previous tenants, and there was obvious damage throughout the unit that had either not been repaired or had been repaired improperly. We brought these concerns to management at the time, but our requests were not taken seriously and many of the issues were not properly addressed. There was also a severe mold problem present in the apartment. The mold was treated once, but the problem was not given the level of continued attention or follow-up that we felt was necessary. Considering the severity of the issue, a single treatment did not leave us feeling confident that the underlying problem had actually been resolved. There were also ongoing issues with pest infestations, security, maintenance, and the general condition of the property. Vehicles have been stolen from the parking lot, fences have been driven through and even caught on fire, and the property’s security cameras reportedly do not function properly. There have also been instances of homeless individuals wandering the property and squatting in vacant units, which understandably raises serious safety concerns. Maintenance was another major issue. There has been a constant backlog of repair requests, which has even been acknowledged through messages in the resident communication app. One particularly concerning situation involved an apartment where a wall/window collapsed, yet the unit was still occupied afterward. That should never be considered an acceptable living condition. Management has also been inconsistent due to the constant turnover and revolving door of management staff. The current management team is friendly and seems to genuinely want to help, but unfortunately, there still appears to be a lack of urgency when it comes to addressing major problems. Being nice is appreciated, but residents also need issues resolved in a timely manner. The apartments themselves have their own problems. The AC struggled to keep the apartment cool during the Texas heat, which is especially concerning during the summer. The bathroom water nozzles are extremely difficult to use, electrical fixtures are outdated and appear to be in need of significant updating, and there are no overhead lights in most of the bedrooms or living areas, leaving them extremely dark. There are also ongoing noise and neighbor issues, including situations such as a neighbor standing outside in the parking lot around 10 PM yelling about parking and respect. After experiencing all of this, I simply cannot justify paying around $1,300 a month after water and amenities for a property with this many unresolved safety, maintenance, and quality-of-life concerns. I understand that no apartment complex is perfect, and I don't expect perfection. However, residents should be able to expect basic safety, functioning security measures, timely maintenance, adequate climate control, and a property that is properly maintained and habitable. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering moving here to thoroughly inspect the property, ask about outstanding maintenance requests, security cameras, pest and mold issues, and the condition of the surrounding units before signing a lease. For me, the cost simply wasn't worth what I received in return.

If you value cleanliness, peace and quiet, and a management team that truly cares about its residents, think twice before renting an apartment here. My experience was extremely disappointing. Throughout my time living here, I dealt with an ongoing cockroach problem inside my apartment. I requested pest control several times, but the issue was never effectively resolved. In the end, I had to buy my own roach spray and handle the problem myself for about a year. For a community that charges rent along with multiple additional fees, this is simply unacceptable. The apartments are very old, and the sound insulation is terrible. You can hear every single step from the upstairs neighbors. At times, it feels like they are walking inside your own apartment. If you work from home, need quality sleep, or simply value peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. Another frustrating issue is the frequent rent increases—usually by just a few dollars at a time—with no clear explanation. On top of that, there are several extra fees, including trash fees, making it feel like you’re constantly paying more without seeing any meaningful improvements. The biggest disappointment was the lack of commitment from the management to address issues that directly affect residents’ quality of life. When you pay rent, you should expect a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained place to live. Unfortunately, that was my sad experience. I hope this review helps future renters make a well-informed decision before signing a lease.

Horrible apartment complex. Do not move in here!!! Not only do they have a horrible roach problem but they have a horrible mold problem. My apartment flooded twice and after I moved out they tried to charge me for carpet repairs, they never sent me an invoice but instead sent it to collections and now I'm currently fighting it. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this place, it is not worth the hassle yes the location is great but everything else is awful.

I had a very disappointing experience with the management at this apartment complex. When I was trying to terminate my lease due to military orders, I encountered unnecessary difficulties and a lack of professionalism. After moving out, I was charged an additional half month of rent and late fees, When I called to discuss the charges and try to resolve the issue, the employee I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. She hung up on my wife during a phone call, and when I called back and requested to speak with someone above her, she repeatedly talked over me instead of listening to my concerns. When I explained that her behavior was unprofessional and again requested contact information for a supervisor or corporate representative, she responded by saying that I no longer lived there and then told me to “go find it” and “search it up” myself. Even though she clearly had access to that information, she refused to provide it and ended the call by hanging up on me. I understand that mistakes happen on both sides, but customers should be treated with respect. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and refusal to provide management contact information made an already stressful situation much worse.
