  Horrible experience, the management is very rude and unprofessional. The are never any help never have any answers or address anything. They talk to me like I am stupid and are very rude. My dishwasher has been broken for 3 months. I have opened 5 work orders and they get closed without it being addressed. I have talked to the manager several times in person she is rude and disrespectful and dismissive! she told me today that this is the first she has heard about my problem. But I have talked to her in person several times with no results. She told me today that I am badgering her. I have left messages with the office here and with corporate office With zero results or help! I pay my rent on time every time and they expect that, but I cannot expect to get anything repaired.

  I lived here for two years. I'm grateful to have moved on to a better environment. The 1st year was fine but then I started to see a decline in the care of the grounds. There was trash clutering around the garbage bins the trash all throught the complex. I took my dog for walks and no longer enjoyed them. About Management....well Id better not say what I think. I will say Dalila is great. But she can't always be the only one to help even though I wish she were.

  Its your basic ghetto apartment complex thats not in a ghetto. There's nothing I can think of that sets them apart on the positive, but on the negative I would have to say its lack of maintenance ppl. Was literally 1 dude doing it all . They have Grey water just openly spewing everywhere. Plenty of roaches and ants to go around .have to use a app to wash clothes.The picnic area is nice when there's no trash everywhere. If you have a certain standard these probably aren't for you . Convenient bus stop close by.If you don't have a car everything is within walking distance guess thats a plus .

  Me and my boyfriend moved here at Northside heights a month ago, Miss Phallon has been nothing but a big help for us and has always been understanding. So I thank you so much and also helping me when I get contused!!!

  We lived at Northside heights for three years, this was our first apartment. We signed during a promo move in special for cheaper rent (about $840 a month), this lasted until we needed to resign in 2026 where they then increased our rent by $150 and then added a “renter downpayment insurance” for an extra $60 a month. We then decide to leave and find a MUCH nicer place for cheaper than it would had been to stay, management then asked why we were leaving and then asked if they could negotiate the price. Roaches are everywhere, you cant get behind the oven or fridge to clean as the kitchen is incredibly narrow so they are able to fester. We have tried everything to get rid of them, bait traps, dietomatious earth, the exterminator the apartment provides, but nothing could get rid of them. “You wont get an infestation if you’re clean”, that was a lie we were told by management. AC broke about a year into our lease, took them several months to replace it, they never fixed any of the wall repair damage. Luckily while the AC was out, they did provide a portable AC unit, only cooled the bedroom. Trash is everywhere, they threaten fines for left trash, trash cans staying out during the day and leftover dog poop, highly doubt they did any of that since it always occurred. One dumpster for half the complex, always full, stuff always around it, completely dirty, foul smell. After we moved out, it took them almost 2 months to return our deposit, texas law states 30 days.
