Updated: donāt move here unless you enjoy watching all your bills increase every year. Our HOA started out at $795 2 years ago and are now $965 a year now. Our water bill just increased again for the 2nd time in 2 years. $111 per month now before you use any water. Your yearly mud district taxes are extremely high and no exemptions are applied. The water is horrible in our neighborhood most people have water softeners just to keep from plumbing from getting clogged up. Ugh!!
Donāt get me wrong we love our new Pulte home! The problem a lot of people are having is with the water and the HOA! Also make sure you get correct information from your salesperson on HOA rules before buying. We bought being told it was fine to have a basketball goal in our driveway only to get a letter from the HOA saying itās not! The HOA fees have went up the last 2 years. The HOA doesnāt keep up with the Ponds and if anything is broken it doesnāt get fixed. The neighborhood has Airbnbās in. No communication from the HOA except a bill or a fine assessment. Oh and donāt leave your trash can out one day past trash day because you will get a fine. Keeping them behind the fence and the side yards all hold water around here so itās a mud pit but you got to make sure your trash can is put up 10 seconds after the trash comes. The COVE sign does not light up at night and hasnāt since we moved in our house in May. Oh ya and the mud district is horrible they raise the bill 2 months after you move in and make there own rules on how much they are going to charge you on mud taxes and send you 3 different amounts š¤·āāļø

This place is one of the developments that should have never been built in the first place because they treat the other neighborhoods that were there before them like garbage and ruined the nice view of the 242 by BURNING TREES and DOING BIG DEFORESTATION. So please take my word and DONT buy a home here. Just take you're money somewhere else
