The sales representative, Mike, bent over backwards to assist me in obtaining the home that I wanted. The construction supervisor, Chris, was always willing to resolve any issues I had with my house. Megan, who facilitated the final walk-through, was very knowledgeable about the home maintenance, warranties, and registration of the appliances. In fact, I have rarely encountered a customer service representative with her level of expertise and willingness to help. I appreciated how smoothly the entire process went. My experience with this company has been very positive and I would recommend them to others.

I was considering a home here but after reading the reviews of how they did away with so much of the forests and trees, I will be looking elsewhere. They could at least preserve the trees, instead of burning them, just relocate them to another area of the community. The reason why people are moving to these areas in the first place is to be surrounded by nature.
