  The Wick Apartments has been a wonderful place to live. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, with modern amenities and responsive management. The staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance request are handled promptly, and the location is convenient to shopping, dinning, and major routes. I appreciate the safe environment, and overall quality of living. I would highly recommend The Wick Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and professionally managed community.

  It’s a great place to stay. The office ladies are always friendly and helpful. Any issues I’ve ever had always been solved in a reasonable time frame. There’s usually always great deals going on for move in dates

  The community has been a good place to live in College Station overall. The location is convenient, especially for students, with easy access to campus, restaurants, and stores nearby. The environment has generally been peaceful, and the apartment staff and maintenance team have been helpful when needed. I have appreciated the space, conviene, and overall living experience during my time here. I’ll be moving out of town this year but I plan to come back and stay here!

  If I could leave no stars it would be zero/nothing. The assistant manager lied and told me my son's Ring camera and rolling wagon were thrown away one day after my son moved out of the apartment; he left them behind thinking he could get them from there the following day when he turned in the key. My son searched all of the dumpsters the day of and there was no Ring camera or rolling wagon in the dumpsters. THIEVES!!! I asked the assistant manager over and over again and she lied to me over and over again. In addition, there was mold in the apartment vents and a constant leak from the air conditioner. DO NOT rent here, yes, it's affordable compared to other properties, but not worth it in the end. I also filed a complaint with corporate and never received a response back from them. Follow up - Management rebuttal to my review was they followed the lease protocol and consider property left in the apt (even 1 day after) surrendered. Management stated they actually completed the walk through at 8AM on the dot and took pictures. She stated my son's property was thrown in the dumpster, not stolen, and probably removed from the dumpster. Which means management themselves instructed my son's property to be "thrown" in the dumpster (ZERO Fs given). So, I guess on that day someone decided to miraculously go dumpster diving at 9:00 am when my son arrived onsite to turn in his key. Mind you my son stated the main manager was not the manager who completed the walk through. Zero morale and very poor customer service. Not a way to run a business at all! Management themselves ordered my son's property be THROWN AWAY!!!!! YEAH, RIGHT!!!! As you can see from previous reviews management doesn't care about tenants. SO, if you are looking for a place to call home, it's not at THE WICK, because management will throw you away in the trash and lie straight to your face because that's the so called "lease process".
