  The apartment maintenance is very poor. If you need any maintenance service, you will have to wait a very long time. On one occasion, we waited more than two months for an issue to be fixed, and in the end, we had to take care of it ourselves.

  Never rent here. They WILL let your apartment fall apart around you and not care. When you move out, they will try to charge you for every little thing that was there when you moved in. Maegan is the worst and treats people poorly. Honestly and truly do not rent... you should 100% keep looking.

  I just want to say that Megan is awesome and she has helped me immensely on 2 different occasions and I am grateful fpr her manager professionalism In the first situation, I am a 100% disabled veteran with DV handicap plates and my car was illegally towed and not only did she get it corrected with towing place and that total driver. She got me me full amount back that I has to pay to get my car out which was above and beyond her help . The recent situation she helped with demonstrates her patience, empathy and willingness to help with my girlfriend working out her rent situation due to loss of her job and me stepping in to help. Thank you Megan and staff. So appreciative for your help!

  I have lived here for a little over 3 years now. This property has improved so much since Maegan became manager. Wow! Not only has the overall look of the property improved, but so has the safety. Maintenance has improved, they are working hard and fast to complete orders. The entire staff has been nothing but friendly, patient, and willing to work with me. Maegan has gone above and beyond to fix any issues that I have, and always listens, even when I'm not so patient! She takes my issues seriously. I can not say enough good things! To have a manager like Maegan is a true blessing, she truly cares and wants to help.

  I moved in a little over a month ago and immediately had AC issues. The maintenance team are absolutely incredible. They worked so hard to get this resolved, even put window units in to keep me and my dog comfortable. My AC now works GREAT and couldn’t be happier. Thank You Maintenance Team
