She approaches pricing, positioning, and negotiations using current market data instead of assumptions or emotion - and that changes the quality of decisions being made throughout the process.   Raylene was amazing from start to finish! We viewed several houses and Raylene was consistency available to show us different properties, with a smile! I can’t say enough to express how she was the best realtor we have ever worked with over the years! I am a contractor and I was blown away by Raylene’s knowledge of construction. If the house had possible issues we talked about repair cost to determine if we wanted to proceed. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who might have limited knowledge of a home. She works so hard to make sure you are getting the home you deserve! Raylene isn’t in the business of just making money, she’s a realtor who’s working for her client and reputation. She will flat out tell you if you should run from a property, if it will be problematic. I would recommend Raylene to for a sellers or buyers agent.
