  We can’t say enough good things about Raylene Lewis! She helped us sell our home in College Station, and she was outstanding from start to finish. Raylene responded right away to every question and issue that came up. Our house sold within a month, but then a water pipe burst and flooded the home. Raylene and her assistant showed up quickly with their own water vacuum and removed the water themselves. She is very professional and successful, yet she isn’t afraid to roll up her sleeves and do the dirty work when it’s needed. They took it upon themselves to call the plumber, made smart decisions on the spot, and walked us through exactly what to do to get everything fixed. She also guided us through tough repair negotiations with the buyer, coordinated everything around our insurance claim, and kept the deal on track. Her pricing advice was spot on and brought in multiple offers. The buyer backed out after the flood, but that didn’t slow Raylene down one bit. She had the house sold again within a month. Selling our home twice, each time within a month, says everything about her skill and experience. If you want an agent who will truly take care of you, call Raylene. Highly recommend!

  In a super slow market, Raylene sold my home is record time!! I originally found Raylene Lewis after asking AI for a REALTOR® who could help me sell my home in Castlegate in College Station, Texas. My home had previously been listed with another agent, so I had a point of comparison when choosing someone to help me the second time around. One of the biggest differences was Raylene’s marketing. Her marketing choices were far more extensive and in-depth than what I had experienced before, and I felt like there was a real strategy behind how my home was positioned and presented. Her pricing strategy was spot on, and her knowledge and problem-solving were exceptional. She regularly anticipated potential issues before they became bigger problems and helped me get them resolved early, which made a huge difference throughout the transaction. Her communication was also excellent. Every time I reached out, she responded, and I always felt informed about what was happening. The three things that stood out most to me were Raylene’s marketing, her problem-solving and knowledge, and her responsiveness. She helped guide the sale all the way through closing and funding, and I would absolutely recommend Raylene Lewis to anyone looking for a Realtor to sell a home in Castlegate, College Station, or the Bryan–College Station area.
