  The maintenance team, specifically Steven, is amazing! They always show up quickly and get the job done! The front desk staff seems to be incompetent and/or poorly trained. They do not know how to put the football game on the Jumbotron, which was very explicitly advertised for. Package retrieval is slow, lots of times I had to wait 24 hrs after the package was delivered to be able to pick it up. At least one of the elevators are broken most of the time. There are only 4 guest parking spaces for the entire building which is ridiculous.

  Renter beware. The management, customer service and communication here are less than stellar. You do what they ask of you, only to be met with no response nor follow through. It is a nice property and shoutout to James, and the maintenance crew who have been the dependable people we have dealt with. Unfortunately the people being paid to field the concerns must be directed to tell us they will speak to someone who can address the issue, but they do not, and you don’t get a response. We never requested a certain thing we wanted, but just asking for a response in general. If you want to have the privilege of basic communication outside of signing a lease, this is not the place.
