Excellent property. When I first toured, location was very clean and spotless. I did not end up leasing here, but when I do visit family members/friends here, it does not disappoint. Housekeeper does an excellent job at the upkeep in this place. Common areas are always clean and welcoming.

Big thanks to Anthony with the maintenance team. I had an after hours emergency maintenance request - ac went out. Anthony came right away and did a great job. Stayed till he completely fixed the issue and had the ac running perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Anthony is the best!

the amenities at Caprock beat any other apts around here, for sure! Plus the staff and maintenance team are awesome. You always see them saying hello to us throughout the day and they help so quickly if anything is needed. This place is awesome

You have to check out this property. I looked and so many before deciding on this one. Absolutely love it here!! The manager and office team were so nice which always goes a long way with me, too. Highly recommend!
