  Avoid this apartment! They make money over student when they move out ! My son had charged for something they broken before he moved in ! He has all pictures since day 1 . He sent to maintenance department but they never had fixed ! We tried to contact the office they ask us to wait until October for dispute. Then we had to contact email to carnival for dispute, the charge is stll there ! So upset about my son freshman year ! The apartment is so dirty , smell bad , all furniture is old My review could be no star .

  STRONGLY advise against renting here. Unbelievably horrible service, often issues get redirected to "corporate" where it is promptly ignored. Knew several people, and personally had inaccurate charges put on account, and when disputed, was ghosted by 12 North and their parent company Cardinal Group. Uses predatory business practices to squeeze money from residents. Additionally, had recurring black mold issues in the apartment, which was almost unbearably humid for much of the school year. Don't be fooled by the cheap monthly rates, it shows.

  I recently visited this apartment because I have been looking to move somewhere else closer to campus. I was given a tour of the whole facility by a girl that worked there named Ana, and she was super friendly and helpful and was able to answer all of the questions I asked. I even got to see some of the other staff while we were walking around on the tour and everyone seemed so kind and helpful! I will definitely be moving here in the fall next year.

  I had the pleasure of doing a walk thru with Whitney. She was very professional, explained every thing. Every time I had a question she had an answer. She made sure to let me know to get parking included. The facility is clean and spacious. The apartments are perfect.

  If you’re looking for an apartment with good customer service, positive vibes, privacy , peace and quiet , amenities and welcoming neighbors. This is the place for you! The front office is always available and ready to help. The apartment has so many amenities , a game room, pool, movie theater, it’s of study rooms, computers rooms and a big gym. Everyone is very friendly the apartment is so peaceful when I came home from work and school I don’t have to come to parties or any loud noises just peaceful throughout the day and night thought out the whole apartment. If your a person like me that loves to eat snacks at night but can’t make it to the store done be upset 12 north provides vending machines downstairs near the lobby and also girls that love Starbucks but can’t make it omg!! During office hours to Starbucks coffee machines is available and so many tasty options. Guys and girl that live to gym there’s a big gym on the fifth floor and the best part is the there so much space for everyone to have a good time at the gym girls there’s a pricey area in the gym to do stretches, bicycles, yoga and more ! And let’s not forget about the Sona 🥹. Guys and girl that live rinding bikes but don’t own one well 12 north has a bicycle lady as well!!! And a place for you to ride Electric scooters as well!! I have so Much at my apartment is very lol. 12 north also have lots of activities throughout your stay and the renewal prices 😮‍💨like gold !! I hope this helps!!
