    I've had a wonderful experience dealing with the office ladies, I believe their names are Nataly & Kim. Both ladies are very proffesional & answered all my questions. I've really enjoyed living here, I've had minor issues and the maintenance team has handled all my inquiries quickly.

    Don’t waste time with this apartment complex. They will take your money and give you the run around for weeks. It’s been 4 months and I have yet to receive my deposit back. I applied for these apartments in January and got the run around for 3 weeks I would call to check the status and would talk to a man from the leasing company and he would said 48 hours every-time. When I did finally hear something back he claimed it would be 48 hours before I would get a call back for my refund of the holding deposit that never happened. When you call no one ever answers the phone I left plenty of voicemails and no one ever called back. I even went back to the office and they were not even able to get in contact with the company. I then received an email 2 months later saying a check would be mailed to me it’s now April and I still have yet to get anything in the mail. Unless you want to just throw your money away don’t bother even wasting time on this apartment complex.

    I put in maintenance requests for broken outlets, broken shower rod and no hot water and Nataly told me “you’re putting in too many requests”. My 2nd night here the freezer stopped working and I lost all my food‼️ flickering lights indicate unstable electrical connections. On April 9, I called emergency maintenance because of a broken water pipe over my tub. 4-5 days unusable shower! Ceiling repair is still unfinished 3 weeks later❗️Water billing without proper PUC documentation to prove usage! They billed me water, sewer and trash for 8 days BEFORE MOVED IN‼️ I have the statement.

    I’ve had pest problems since day one.Its infested very badly at least in building 20 at one point maintenance came quick to fix the problem but after a month it stopped. I started to notice I had work orders in to fix major problems like a hole that was in my celling in my bathroom from a leak that they stopped the leak but never repaired, or patched the hole ,my bathtub was chipping off over 6 months never fixed but they completed on the the app I put in again and I was told someone will come look at it honestly I can go on and on they are about turnaround and getting the vacant apartments on the market more then the residents currently staying there I guess it’s good to get in on a special while in a pinch but you’ll regret it major water/leak numerous times my water will get turn off because of a problem in another unit and they WILL add on to the water charge for problems my water charge would vary from 60 to 85 dollars a month and trash fee is outrageous once I left trust they did charge for all it …rent at your own risk I left not only because i had one rough month after over a year and needed some time they tried to evict me if I wouldn’t have paid , I noticed maintenance getting these places fixed instead of ones that were paying rent on time ever month for over a year I decided to pay a extra 100 dollars somewhere much modern and nicer like I said rent at your own risk everyone has a different encounter that’s just mine
