  Awesome Mgr Kim! Best in Area! I visited apts a yr ago/ then 8//2026. Wow! What a different a yr makes! Mgr Kim is on point! This property is clean, welcoming , friendly and have the best mints! I have selected this property to rent due to the fact it has been so well maintained!

  Don't move here. Horrible office staff. Lack of proper maintenance especially in regards to fixing Air conditioning issues. And if you go above them and contact there corporate office they are unresponsive and do nothing to help you.

  I've had a wonderful experience dealing with the office ladies, I believe their names are Nataly & Kim. Both ladies are very proffesional & answered all my questions. I've really enjoyed living here, I've had minor issues and the maintenance team has handled all my inquiries quickly.

  Don’t waste time with this apartment complex. They will take your money and give you the run around for weeks. It’s been 4 months and I have yet to receive my deposit back. I applied for these apartments in January and got the run around for 3 weeks I would call to check the status and would talk to a man from the leasing company and he would said 48 hours every-time. When I did finally hear something back he claimed it would be 48 hours before I would get a call back for my refund of the holding deposit that never happened. When you call no one ever answers the phone I left plenty of voicemails and no one ever called back. I even went back to the office and they were not even able to get in contact with the company. I then received an email 2 months later saying a check would be mailed to me it’s now April and I still have yet to get anything in the mail. Unless you want to just throw your money away don’t bother even wasting time on this apartment complex.
