- JMJulia MurtazinaJul 18, 20255.0We lived 2.5 years in this complex. Overall it was a good experience. Management was always helpful and maintenance team was always friendly and quick to respond issues in apartment.
- NNNAFeb 10, 20253.0The complex was nice. Didn’t like their flooring and for the price you’d pay a month I’d expect better. It felt cheap and nasty and they definitely didn’t replace it before we moved in. The floor would just rip by simply moving a couch. Other than that not bad. Why the three stars? Their staff is outright terrible and rude. There were a few times we’d have to go and talk with them and it seemed like it was an inconvenience to even be in their presence. Seemed like no one was ever at the office. Can’t use their office outlets on the outside for car things but they charge you some community charge. When asked if we could use the outlets they just laughed at us and told us no. When it came time to move that’s when it got worse. The main lady don’t know her name but the tall one. If I could rate her only I’d give her a one star. Talk about rude and condescending. She wouldn’t even look at me. They made the moving out process more difficult than it needed to be. Wouldn’t respond to my emails or calls so we had to stop at the front office and they seemed straight up offended we needed to move out. Make your choice wisely.

I withdrew my application, which they hadn’t started. Kari Jackson told me it would take 30 days for them to refund my money. Here we are 60 days later and Kari now says they aren’t going to because I signed the application. No. I didn’t. Small claims court.
