  I got my house through them, and overall, the process was fairly easy. But like I said, you definitely need to be aware of the salesman, Mike. I strongly recommend looking over every little detail and making sure the numbers and everything you are being told actually add up before signing anything. In my experience, the numbers I was given did not always add up, and I felt that I was not always being given accurate information. On the other hand, the service team that comes out and takes care of the issues with the house has been absolutely amazing. Miss Judy is on top of everything you tell her, and she has made this whole process much easier. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely cares about getting things taken care of. Her team is also very polite, willing to help, and takes pride in their work. They have been great people to work with and have done a fantastic job helping us whenever we have had an issue. If I could have dealt with Miss Judy through the entire process from the beginning, that is exactly what I would have done. She has been that great to work with. So my advice is simple: pay close attention to the sales side and double-check everything, but the service team and Miss Judy have been absolutely amazing to work with.The only reason I am giving this experience five stars is because of Miss Judy and her team. They have gone above and beyond to help us, and I truly appreciate everything they have done for us.
