- ARAndy RJul 27, 20261.0This company doesn't care about its customers. We bought our home with Whirlpool appliances from the builder. The dryer only works on Timed Dry- none of the other drying options have ever worked, from day 1. Pulte passes it off as a warranty issue to Whirlpool who says "nothing is wrong with the dryer" despite it literally not working properly from day 1. They also say that the washer works perfectly fine, even though it often leaves clothes soaking wet with a pool of water inside (see picture). I've owned homes for decades and have never seen such a thing with the washer/dryer. It's a simple, cheap fix for a massive company like Pulte, yet they refuse to do anything about it and just pass it off as a Whirlpool issue. For a homeowner, replacing the washer/dryer is expensive.

Everyone at this place is always smiling and welcoming, unlike many others who put a face like "why are you here?". I was working with Manny (Soto) and he is by far the best sales person I have met. He is very professional, always communicates well, discloses all the facts and provides all the options patiently without cutting corners. We did buy the house and all the credit goes to Manny for this seamless communication and willingness to help. The teams from other departments at Pulte have been great and pleasant to work with. Hence, the 5-star rating.
