  We used to feel so safe and secure here, but they are letting in a lot of “dodgy” characters!!! And I’m so sick of smelling weed (marijuana) coming into my home and when I go for a walk around the property. There are tons of rats running around everywhere, even on our porch and back patio! The homes are nice though and I’m so appreciative that we have our own little backyard. Rae in the office is awesome!

  DO NOT MOVE HERE!! 🚨 I have lived at ParcHaus Celina since 2024, and it has been nothing but headaches and stress. What is marketed as a luxury, modern community has been anything but my experience. I’ve lived in 2 different units over 2 years, and neither has had a usable backyard. Instead, I’ve dealt with constant mud and standing water, which attracts mosquitoes and bugs. There have also been ongoing mice issues, overflowing dumpsters, rats, and even mice and ducks getting into the community pool. My living room ceiling has leaked on two separate occasions, including after the first incident was supposedly addressed. When I moved into my second unit, I was promised it would be properly prepared and professionally cleaned. Instead, I found a horribly patched hole in the door, pet hair everywhere—including inside the washer and dryer, and carpets that I had to have professionally cleaned because of my severe cat allergies. I have put up with a LOT and tried to be reasonable. But yesterday, October 2nd, I called the new manager, Kody, with questions about my account and payments. I was simply trying to understand changes to how my account had been handled for the past two years. Instead of explaining things professionally, she became extremely upset, screamed at me over the phone, and hung up on me. I never raised my voice, insulted her, or spoke to her disrespectfully. As a business owner myself, I would never treat a customer that way—especially when my job is to help them understand their account and resolve their concerns. I have had disagreements with the office before, but I have never experienced this level of disrespect from management. I have also personally heard similar concerns from other residents regarding their experiences with Kody. After everything I have experienced here, I cannot recommend ParcHaus Celina. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

  It’s fine as long as you don’t have maintenance issues. Been here almost 2 years and things are starting to need replacing. They came, looked around, said they’d come back. Closed the tickets as completed with nothing done. Follow-up on their end doesn’t exist. All I was told was to enter more tickets. Currently living with a crack in the wall from the foundation shifting, no toilet in the master bath bc the water won’t stop running, a broken doorknob, pantry doors that won’t close, and a refrigerator that has never had filters replaced that leaks water and doesn’t make ice.

  First off the office staff is amazing and I truly wish I didn’t have to write this review because I love the location and the layout of the home. Unfortunately I would not recommend moving here if you are like me and don’t like bugs, insects and critters INSIDE and OUTSIDE your home. I am not new to the area and I’ve lived in rural areas before near farms and open land so I don’t mind SOME bugs and/or critters. But for the 1st time ever I’ve experienced an extreme amount of bugs in my home. No matter how much I clean, bleach down my counters, sweep and mop the bugs continue to make their way inside. From 100’s of Rollie pollies in my garage caught on sticky traps, spiders, ants, roaches, grass hoppers and some bug that I’ve never seen before that looks like it’s an ocean creature I’ve dealt with them all. They are coming through the air vents, cracks in the walls, floors, windows and doors. I blame that on whoever built these units. When I moved in I noticed so many little imperfections from paint stains on the stairs to an improperly repaired hole in the wall so I figured these were units quickly thrown up but nothing could have prepared me for the bugs caused by the builders negligence. Not only are there tons of bugs, you will see rats, mice, bob cats, and lots of bunnies roaming around the community. I don’t mind the bunnies of course but the rats and mice are a no go for me. Not too long ago, I invited a friend over and it was very embarrassing when we seen mice outside my window but I was sooo disgusted and embarrassed when we seen two rats IN the POOL on two separate occasions. Don’t get me wrong, the community itself is not dirty except sometimes the trash cans do become over filled especially around pay day or when residents move in and out. With all this being said, if you don’t mind bugs in your home, mice in your garage, and sharing a pool with rats you will LOVE it here. Again, the office staff is amazing, they host fun community events, maintenance is quick to come out (but don’t expect specific entry instructions to be followed) and the units are decently priced for the area if you move in with a concession.

  Horrible I wouldn’t recommend poor communication no one keeps there word was told I would receive a call back from rae on multiple occasions let that slide then spoke to the property manager about an IT issue on the application I ran into before completing the application I called and spoke to the property manager who states she would reach out to IT then call me back . Failed to keep her word yet again never heard back or a returned call. Gave up with parc haus Celina decided to choose there sister property parc haus Paloma creek awesome management got approved the same day with wonderful communication through out the application with included a included WiFi package I believe I dodged a bullet here , just imagine if I had concerns after signing my lease 🚩I shouldn’t have to beg for a call back when showing interest in a unit welp lost a possible tenant .
