  First off the office staff is amazing and I truly wish I didn’t have to write this review because I love the location and the layout of the home. Unfortunately I would not recommend moving here if you are like me and don’t like bugs, insects and critters INSIDE and OUTSIDE your home. I am not new to the area and I’ve lived in rural areas before near farms and open land so I don’t mind SOME bugs and/or critters. But for the 1st time ever I’ve experienced an extreme amount of bugs in my home. No matter how much I clean, bleach down my counters, sweep and mop the bugs continue to make their way inside. From 100’s of Rollie pollies in my garage caught on sticky traps, spiders, ants, roaches, grass hoppers and some bug that I’ve never seen before that looks like it’s an ocean creature I’ve dealt with them all. They are coming through the air vents, cracks in the walls, floors, windows and doors. I blame that on whoever built these units. When I moved in I noticed so many little imperfections from paint stains on the stairs to an improperly repaired hole in the wall so I figured these were units quickly thrown up but nothing could have prepared me for the bugs caused by the builders negligence. Not only are there tons of bugs, you will see rats, mice, bob cats, and lots of bunnies roaming around the community. I don’t mind the bunnies of course but the rats and mice are a no go for me. Not too long ago, I invited a friend over and it was very embarrassing when we seen mice outside my window but I was sooo disgusted and embarrassed when we seen two rats IN the POOL on two separate occasions. Don’t get me wrong, the community itself is not dirty except sometimes the trash cans do become over filled especially around pay day or when residents move in and out. With all this being said, if you don’t mind bugs in your home, mice in your garage, and sharing a pool with rats you will LOVE it here. Again, the office staff is amazing, they host fun community events, maintenance is quick to come out (but don’t expect specific entry instructions to be followed) and the units are decently priced for the area if you move in with a concession.

  Horrible I wouldn’t recommend poor communication no one keeps there word was told I would receive a call back from rae on multiple occasions let that slide then spoke to the property manager about an IT issue on the application I ran into before completing the application I called and spoke to the property manager who states she would reach out to IT then call me back . Failed to keep her word yet again never heard back or a returned call. Gave up with parc haus Celina decided to choose there sister property parc haus Paloma creek awesome management got approved the same day with wonderful communication through out the application with included a included WiFi package I believe I dodged a bullet here , just imagine if I had concerns after signing my lease 🚩I shouldn’t have to beg for a call back when showing interest in a unit welp lost a possible tenant .

  The staff at ParcHaus at Celina were always nice in my interactions with them. Unfortunately, my experience living there was completely ruined by what I consider a serious lack of respect for residents’ privacy. I had recently moved to Texas from out of state and had only been living at ParcHaus for a short time when I received just a couple of hours’ notice that management would be entering my apartment while I was at work for a sprinkler system inspection. This was not an emergency or an unexpected situation—it was a scheduled inspection that they had prior knowledge of. Despite that, they did not have the courtesy or respect to give residents at least 24 hours’ notice. After this happened, I went back and reviewed my lease more carefully and discovered just how much latitude the lease gives management to enter the apartment. That was a dealbreaker for me. I want to feel like the home I am paying for is actually my private space. To make matters worse, after they entered my home, I came home to find mud tracked onto my rug. The entire situation made me so uncomfortable that the very next day I started looking for a house. I ended up staying at ParcHaus for less than a month and a half and paid the fee to break my lease because my privacy and peace of mind were worth more to me than staying somewhere I no longer felt comfortable in. So, while the individual staff members may be nice, I absolutely cannot recommend ParcHaus at Celina based on my experience. If privacy and having reasonable advance notice before someone enters your home are important to you, I would strongly recommend reading the lease very carefully before signing. I moved across the country, settled into what was supposed to be my new home, and within weeks was willing to pay money just to get out of my lease. That should say enough about how strongly I felt about the experience.

  Can’t say enough great things about Kristle and Rae! We’ve been here since ‘24 and both of them have made living here that much better. Every single complex goes through their fair share of management change but they’re the best that I’ve experienced. Our concerns are always met with the upmost satisfaction along with the amazing maintenance team. Cheers to another year here!

  Ever since moving here in May 2026, my experience has been nothing short of amazing! It was recommended to me by a good friend of mine, and I fell in love with the quietness, the layout, the upkeep of the property and the people. The staff ( Kristle & Ray ) neighbors, maintenance/groundskeeper, everybody has been very welcoming, I love the sense of community, and meeting new friends for myself and my kiddo. I’m already looking forward to renewing 😊 keep up the good work!
